crawled in a ball on the bed, yang miyeon groaned in pain whilst holding her stomach
it was that time of the month and this time, her cramps were more painful than usual
"baby, are you ok? you haven't gotten out of bed since yesterday night . . are you sick?" her boyfriend, park jay, asked her whilst sitting beside her figure and caressing her cheek, stroking the chocolate strands of hair covering her face
"it's the time of the month babe . . and my cramps are more painful than usual . ." she groaned again, covering herself with the fluffy blankets of their shared bed
"then i'll take care of you, hmm? i already know what you need. just tell me what snacks you want and i'll buy them for you" jay slid his phone out of his pocket, ready to write down all the food she craved for
"you don't need to . . . it's one of your days off, you don't have to take care of me. you can rest" he shook his head, kissing her forehead softly and smiling "you're my girlfriend, why shouldn't i take care of you?" he stood up, taking his coat from the chair nearby
"i'll be right back baby"
in the end, jay came back home after buying half of the store. any snack you can imagine, he brought it. he knows her taste, it's almost four years since they've been dating, so he brought all the stocks they had of her favorites
"i'm back baby~ i've also brought a bag of hot water and some medicines to ease your pain" jongseong placed the three plastic bags on the floor before sitting beside miyeon, placing a quick peck on her lips
he gently placed the water bag on her stomach, making sure she's comfortable "you should feel better soon baby. do you want to watch a movie? i also got the snacks you like to eat while watching movies. i can cook you something if you want—"
"breathe jay. i'm fine with what you got, and i'll watch a movie only if you'll watch it with me" miyeon pouted, a smile forming on jay's lips as he nodded
"ican't reject if it's asked from you" jongseong placed the laptop at the end of the bed before kissing her forehead
"which movie do you wanna watch?"
"uhm . . a romantic one— no a sad one. no wait an murder one no . . . . a horror? aish i can't decide!" the yang sighed in frustation at her indecisive ass
"i'll just chose, romantic" the park chuckled and chose the film before wrapping his arms around her waist and making her head rest on his chest
midway the film, miyeon started to feel sleepy as her eyelids started closing by themselves
"aigoo my baby is sleepy, do you want me to stop the movie?" the female nodded, making herself comfortable on his chest as she listened to his shooting heartbeat
"i love you so much jay, i don't know what i would do without you . ." he smiled, kissing her head whilst caressing her back
"i love you more baby, goodnight"
