"I can't have him fainting on me, YeoSang." A harsh and cutting voice grated on SeongHwa's ears the moment that he began to wake. He did not need to guess who it was, considering there was only two people that he had met so far, and only one of them had talked to him, and that was the voice that was speaking now. He would assume YeoSang was...someone else. He did not know. What he could gather was that he was no longer in the dingy dark underbow of the ship. He felt cloth on his back, and he was not nearly as cold as he had been before.

"Well, maybe you should have thought about that before starving him for three days. I am sorry...Captain, but even people with good health would faint likely after the first day or two, I am surprised he managed so long. I warned you about this, you did not listen. How can you get mad now that he fainted due to malnutrition and likely a small dose of hypothermia when I warned you about that." A sound of skin hitting skin and a whimper caused SeongHwa to curl protectively against himself, tears pricking his eyes.

"Do not speak to me in that tone, YeoSang, you know better than that." The Captain's voice was dark and a lot more scary than it had been moments before. He was surprised that this YeoSang character was actually trying to defend him considering the situation, but he was beginning to wish that whoever it was had not bothered. He did not want people getting punished on his behalf, and it was quite obvious that whoever this captain was, they did not take well to being questioned. At. All. SeongHwa filed that away for future information. At this point any information that he could gather was better than no information.

"I am sorry, Captain, I got ahead of myself." The Captain scoffed but did not say anything more regarding the subject. SeongHwa could practically feel the presence of the Captain looming over where he was laying and he whined, a high-ptiched, but soft and fearful sound as his eyes were ripped open once he felt a hand jolt his shoulder over so he was laying on his back over his side. He cowered backwards instantly, facing to dark look in the Captain's eyes. His lips were trembling from the ferocity of his fear. Every part of his body seemed to be frozen solid. In his side eye's vision, he could see that same person that had first come down with the Captain after had had been captured, there was a bright red mark marring the side of his face.

"Well, look who finally decided to wake up." SeongHwa turned his gaze away from the Captain, something about his body twisting inwardly at that tone of phrase, and he did not like the way the Captain said that. It was scary, and it really just made him want to sink into the depths of the ocean, despite the fact that drowning was a terrifying experience. At this point, he would much prefer that rather than the dark look that this person was giving him now. "You fainted on me, Sweetheart." The Captain said, his fingers trailing down Seonghwa's cheek, leaving SeongHwa to try and force back the tears from his fear, unsure how he should react to these words, or the nickname, or the fingers that were gently caressing down his flesh. He could merely stare at the Captain with terrified eyes. "Would you like to tell me why it was that you fainted, hmm?" SeongHwa felt about ready to explode from fear. He wished, momentarily, that he would. At least then he would not have to worry about angering this person. He was terrified of what could happen should he piss this person off. They had already beat him, slapped him because he had angered him in some way and Seonghwa still did not know how it was that he had done that but he had clearly done so.

He also knew full well there was no way that he would accuse this Captain of starving him. They would instantly fly off the handle. Clearly, look what they had done to their crew mate just because he had suggested such a thing. Seonghwa was not important to this captain at all. Should he answer in a way contrary to what the other wanted...oh he did not want to even think about what could happen at that point.

"Well?" HongJoong questioned, his voice dropping an octave lower, eyes narrowing in on him leaving SeongHwa slightly shivering.

"That would...be..." SeongHwa paused, trying to get a hold over his voice. He would not stutter uncontrollably just because he was scared, he knew better than that. He dreaded to think what his brother would do if he was here and saw SeongHwa stuttering like some sort of wayward child. "I have not been on an...adequate meal plan for long...before Captain took me. As such, I was already severely weakened prior to being taken aboard." Seonghwa whispered, his voice barely, but managing to refrain from stuttering despite his fear. "That is likely the cause...I apologize for the inconvenience." His words were entirely sincere, which seemed to take the Captain by a bit of surprise.

"What would you know." He turned towards the light blonde haired male. "YeoSang did you hear what this little one said?" SeongHwa felt a bit upset at being called little one. He was not little, and they had no idea how old he was...then again...who actually knew, maybe they did. They knew where to take him from after all. he supposed it did not matter either way, there was no way that he was going to argue about the title and risk angering this person.

"Yes Captain." This Yeosang said simply.

"Yes, so clearly, according to this little lovely character, his fainting was not my fault, was it?"

"No Captain,"

"Now, what do you say to me?"

"I will accept punishment for questioning you, Captain."

"Kneel," HongJoong ordered easily. The other man went down on his knees, head bowed, and SeongHwa eyes widened, an alarmed noise coming from his throat as Captain HongJoong uncoiled a whip that was hanging at his side. HongJoong sighed as he snapped it forwards, not yet hitting YeoSang with it. Whilst the latter did not flinch, SeongHwa did so, violently. For the first time since he had been captured, both figures heard his breath catch and stutter.

"W-Wait, p-please...C-Captain..." HongJoong turned, apathetic eyes turning towards the other, his eyes turned slowly to the trembling grip that he had on the halter of his sleeve.

"What was that?" He asked, tilting his head as though he were merely curious, perhaps he was, but SeongHwa was beginning to feel like maybe he had gotten himself into something that he was going to deeply regret. "Well?"

"I-I..." SeongHwa yelped as HongJoong gripped his wrist and wrenched it off his coat, shoving SeongHwa backwards back onto the bed, and allowed the cursed weapon's handle trail up his laying body until it reached his throat, tilting it upwards at a rather uncomfortable angle.

"Well, Sweetheart, spit it out." He whispered darkly to him, ignoring the wetness of his eyes, and the nervous swallowing motions of his throat, as well as the general shaking that his body was doing.

"P-Please d-don't h-hurt him." SeongHwa whimpered, his voice barely coming out at all. To be honest he was surprised at how pathetic he sounded, but in all honesty, that should not really have been all that surprising.

"Oh? You don't want me to hurt him? Yeosang, you have someone speaking up for you this time." YeoSang turned to catch SeongHwa's gaze, a pleading look for him to shut up clear in his features but it was already too late for that, far too late.
