I woke up feeling as drained as ever. It was a combination of being tired and sore all mixed up in one bowl of exhaustion. I tried to sit up but was too weak. I turned on my side to get a better view of the room. No one was in the room. I sighed and tried to lift my self up again but it only worked a little, I restsed my head on the black headboard.
Man, I really should have stayed put last night, I thought to my self.
"You think?" Jacobi responded. I looked and he was leaning on the bathroom door frame,shirtless.
Did I say that out loud?
"No you didn't " he responded.
"How do you keep doing that?" I asked puzzled.
"I can hear your thoughts" he said simply.
"What? How?" I asked.
"When a Royal Vampire feeds from a live source a bond is created between vampire and human. A Master to pet bond was created between us us and in some way that we share thoughts and spirit. " He explained.
"What do you mean we share spirit?"I asked.
"Well It's like a claiming process without the intimacy, we can feel each other's presence." He explained.
"Oh" I replied. "Will you be doing that often?"
"What you don't me reading your thoughts? Are you hiding something?" He joked.
"What, nooo that's not it" I lied.
"Your lying, look I don't want to be a threat to you any longer. Also want you to trust me " he said softly. I nodded.
"Speaking of the Royals they have requested to meet us tonight so get ready." He said uncertainly.
"Why?" I gasped." Oh are you getting punished for all the things I did?" I asked with horror.
"There is nothing to worry about,you did nothing wrong " he said softly.
"I'm sorry, I- " I got cut off when he leaned closer and placed a soft kiss on my lips. I stared in shock for a beat before kissing him again deeper.
"We can't do this now, you are still weak" he brushed his lips with mine.
"Okay fine." I saw a tinge of worry in his face. "Are you worried?" I asked.
"No I'm fine" he said.
"Come on tell me what's wrong"
" Nothing, forget about it "
"Jacobi why do you always do this? You expect me to trust you when you don't trust me?"I asked.
"Just drop this"
"No"
"What?"
"I said no"
His eyes bled black and hell broke lose. He pinned against the bed on my stomach.
"Ouch" I cried out. He growled then I felt him press harder on my hands that were pinned on my back. He moved them around and I burst in laughter."Please stop!!" I said laughing.
He just looked at me and he loosened his hold on me. I turned around under him. I laughed again looking at his lost expression.
"What are laughing at?"he asked.
I just kept staring at him ontop of me,he was shirtless. I smiled. His eyes were still black, his breathing heavy and he was hot as fuck. Without thinking I pulled him closer and kissed him. He stayed still for a moment before he kissed me back.
His eyes went back to normal and he just looked at me. Iwas only wearing a big T-shirt only that.
