The air was... quiet. The last of the Echidnas had been eliminated, and the Master Emerald was now safe in the hands of the Owls. Thanks to Longclaw however, the area's only hedgehog had narrowly escaped. The Owls had fled with the Emerald, and left the area in a state of disrepair.
But soon, a young child had emerged, his fur as red as a shining ruby, and his eyes purple and revengeful. It was the last Echidna, Knuckles...
