Luke arrived at roll call and Charlotte wasn't lined up. Maybe she was just a little bit late, so Luke sat down and saved her a seat.
"Charlotte Bell?" The teacher called out "Charlotte are you here?"
Luke raised his hand.
"Yes Luke?" Mr Howard said
"Um, she was in the bathroom. Can I go get her?" Luke asked
"No Luke you're not allowed in the girls bathroom. Ellie can you go check the girls bathroom for me?"
"Sure sir," Ellie said happily.
Ellie got to the girls bathroom and could hear crying.
"Charlotte?"
"What?!" Charlotte said after sniffling "Who are you anyway?"
"I'm Ellie, Luke was..." Ellie was cut off
"I don't care about Luke! He's a jerk!!" Charlotte yelled
"Ok, ok. Im sorry for bringing him up."
Charlotte sniffled "Its ok"
"Mr Howard wants you to come back to roll call anyway."
"Ehh, okay I'm coming"
Ellie helped Charlotte up and hugged her. They started walking out of the bathroom, talking about Charlottes old school and what happened between her and Luke, and all the classes that Luke wasn't in, Charlotte had Ellie.
