A Dash of Puppy Love

ONE

Niall's POV

Hi, my name is Niall. I am living in a store for animals, but since I am a hybrid, I am in the back, because it is not legal for people to keeps hybrids. They apposed to be killed. I have many friends, but they are hybrids as well. We are forced to do everything for humans. Just then, my friend snaps me from my thoughts.

"Niall kay?" says my best friend, Laney.

"Niall fine," I say, softly.

"No, no, I hear footsteps," say Luke, my brother.

Just then, the man comes in. He walks in with another man who looks 18. He has green spiky hair. He is built with broad shoulders. His skin is a bit pale and tan at the same time. This boy is very attractive.

They walk over to my cage. The man opens my cage and ties a leash onto my collar and jerks me out. He gives the leash to the other boy. I growl and try to run away. The man grabs a long stick and smacks it on my head making me whimper. The boy points to Luke's cage.

"Also, I want him, please," says the boy with the green hair.

"Okay, Sir. Just let me get him out for you, Michael," says Sir.

Sir does the same to Luke as he did to me.

Luke hisses and runs over to me. The green-haired boy grabs the leashes from Sir and leads us out of the place known as Hell.

"Let's get these leashes off of you," says the colorful boy

"Thank you, Sir," I say at the same time Luke does.
