Note: This is Abby's POV scene. And the rest is going to be the four girls and a boy. Enjoy!
Abby's POV;
Do you know what's worse about summertime? You don't get to see your friends after school's out. I don't know what's so fun about summer without buddies around.
Oh, you're wondering who's speaking in my story. Who am I you may ask?
The name's Abigail Park. My friends from Pearson Middle School calls me Abby. I'm short. Probably just the way I looked at my mirror. I speak Korean. I do that only when I'm angry at things and immature people. My long straight hair is a mix of black and brown. I wear purple clothes and accessories that makes me look fab. My pink and purple turtleneck sweater with overalls. Part of my clothing got a dark pink and orange flower on it. Just on my front pocket. My headband to go with my outfit. I can't say no to makeup and jewelry. My bright purple eyeshadow. My gold heart dangling earrings. I wore white socks and auburn shoes. I don't go anywhere without my lavender watch. And a friendship bracelet. I have three friends in middle school.
Miriam Wexler.
Priya Mangal
And my favorite red panda girl!
Ahem!
Let me tell you what happened previously in Toronto 2002. Seriously, it would make perfect sense to recall back over a month ago.
Flashbacks starts.
There was one friend of mine who we've not see often. Her name is Meilin Lee. She's from Chinatown.
One day, Miriam, Priya and I try to see Mei about yesterday's embarrassment in school.
Priya thought she has stomach cramps.
Turns out Mei is a red panda.
I always loved how fluffy she is.
Guess I'm obsessed with it.
The four of us wanted to go to the concert for 4Town at the SkyDome.
We made a hustle for the red panda.
Dude, it's the only way to get 800 bucks for four tickets.
Things didn't go well after Tyler's birthday party.
Mei turned her back on us for her mom.
Then, she kept her panda.
Of course, the Pandapocalypse 2002 occurred on May 25th, 2002. It was a mess afterwards.
Finally, we got Mei to hang out with us for awhile.
Flashbacks ends.
It was now June 1st, 2002.
Mei, Miriam, Priya and I are worried.
It's because the last day of middle school will happen in a few weeks.
I have nothing against my family. I just think it's not fun without my gals around.
We couldn't hang out all summer without the expectations by our families.
Or can we?
So, Mei, Priya and I are visiting Miriam at her house on that day.
We are talking about what happens after school's out for summer.
