Crowded Train

"Gojo-kun, are you going home?"

Gojo was fixing his bag when Marin called him. Since classes have ended and he didn't have club activities, Gojo was already planning to go home early and work on her costume.

He turned to Marin and nodded his head. "Yes, Kitagawa-san too?"

"Ohh, me too!" She exclaimed. "Shall we go together?"

Gojo slung his bag on his shoulder and walked to Marin's side. "Un, let's go."

They walk side by side and students passing by them turned to look. Gojo still feels uneasy from the attention but he doesn't want to avoid Marin because...he just can't avoid her. Also, he likes her company. It doesn't matter what other people think.

"Kitagawa-san, don't you have a part-time job?"

"I have it this weekend. Are you coming with me?"

"Oh, I'll check my schedule first. I'll try to go with you,"

They have this kind of conversation naturally. When students hear them talking like this, they immediately thought that they are both a couple. Most of the students think that they are dating. Since Gojo is often seen beside Marin whenever she goes out and whenever she has a part-time job, they assumed that they are together.

Not only that, they are always going home together. Sometimes, students see Marin going to Gojo's home and him going to Marin's home.

Once, Marin posted a photo on her social media account and they immediately noticed Gojo's legs visible in her photo. Since he always wears his traditional clothes, their classmates knew that it was Gojo, watching anime at Marin's home.

Now as they walked together, the students assumed that they are going home to Gojo's home to do something. They blushed at the thought of it.

With these rumors going around the school, they still don't know that they were seen as a couple by the whole student body.

The two arrived at the station shortly. Since it is rush hour, the train was a little bit crowded. But Gojo could find a vacant seat for Marin to take.

"Kitagawa-san, please sit here," He waited for Marin to take a seat and positioned himself in front of her.

"Thank you," Marin looked up and blushed. He looks very tall from her point of view. His head is close to the train ceiling and the train handle is near to his face. Marin tried to keep her laugh.

Gojo is a beautiful sight.

When they stopped by another station, a new set of people entered and the number of people on the train increased.

When Marin saw a pregnant lady entering, she gave up her seat to let her take it. Gojo also made room for the lady. The pregnant lady thanked her with a genuine smile. Marin smiled as well and moved to another spot since the people just keep entering.

The doors closed and she felt someone bump into her. She turned and saw that a middle-aged man bumped into her intentionally. He grinned at her with malice.

Marin grimaced and moved away. She tried to move around the masses but the man kept following her. Terrified and a little sick of the person, Marin wanted to reach the corner of the train and hide.

"Kitagawa-san," She heard Gojo's voice a few persons behind her. "I'll come to you."

Marin felt relieved at hearing his voice and she nodded to him and walked further.

Gojo's voice distracted the man who was following her. The man turned to the tall kid who was acquainted with the girl, a little intimidated by Gojo.

Gojo knew that someone was trying to harass Marin. When they were separated, he tried to keep an eye on Marin because he knew that these things might happen on a crowded train. He tried to get closer to her but couldn't afford to inconvenience other people. But when he saw that the man tried to bump into her intentionally, he tried to move swiftly among the crowd to reach her.
