Purple Stripe

After the Spinosaur was healed, he thanked them and disappeared into the lake's murky waters. Charlie was exploring and looking to find the killer sauropod. He heard what sounded like something climbing a tree. [Could it be an Archaeopteryx?] he thought. Charlie peeked his head out of the bushes to look at a particularly tall tree. On it, he saw a rare and elusive predator. The Indoraptor. It was white with a purple stripe and seemed to be female. He of course was amazed that he saw one because they are that rare. He was not hiding at all or crouching anymore but he was a green raptor so he blended in to his surroundings. He just looked like an extra tall fern.

After awhile, the Indoraptor on the tree spotted him. It hopped down to face him. The Indoraptor was standing on all four legs so it was only slightly taller than Charlie. It growled but Charlie showed no fear. Even though Charlie was very intimidated, he stood his ground. He even roared back. It wasn't aggressive, it was more like saying he wasn't going to leave. The Indoraptor seemed to calm down and talked to him.

Delta was sprinting through the forest. [Where is he?!] she thought. Even though Charlie was a smart-ass and pretty annoying, Delta secretly cared about him. He liked to explore and she was fine with that, but he hadn't returned to their home in a LONG time. She was definitely on the right track though as his scent was fresh here. She finally stopped to take a breath when he saw him talking to a white Indoraptor. [Another one? Another carnivore that we have to feed?] Delta thought. Charlie and the Indoraptor looked at Delta. "Where the hell were you?!" Delta exclaimed. "Exploring." Charlie said calmly. "This is pearl. Her and her brother, Ripper, will be staying with us." Charlie said. [Yup. Another one-no, two carnivores to feed] Delta thought. She sighed. "Whatever. Can you come home now? Blue is worried about you". This was a lie, and the truth was that she missed Charlie. "Sure. I'll be home in just a little".
