"Athena? Where are you? I need you!" a male voice rang loudly throughout the palace gardens. Loki heard the gentle pitter-patter of footsteps on the path ahead of him. Loki chuckled silently to himself as he quietly crept behind a tree and peered around the trunk. All he could see was a bush shaking as his ears were blessed with the sound of joyous laughter that was more heavenly than a chorus of angels.
As Loki tiptoed towards the bush, something heavy landed on his back that made him stumble forward. "What in Merlin's name?!" Loki exclaimed loudly after he had regained his balance. "Sorry, I couldn't help it. The opportunity was too good to resist!" Athena said while howling with merriment. Loki smiled at the sight of his younger sister being so happy and helpless with laughter, for she had not been this joyful and optimistic ever since her girlfriend had been mercilessly killed by the Dark Wizards of Banríon. "Come on, Thor needs us to help him find his hammer again." Loki sighed while grabbing Athena's hand and dragging her towards the palace. "Again?" Athena breathed in disbelief, as Thor had lost his hammer 12 times since he got it, and he has had it for six years! "I know, he is such an oaf!" grumbled Loki while rolling his eyes. Athena sighed loudly, annoyed by Thor's pig-headedness.
That is one chapter done already! I am copying this off of a school assignment that, when I first wrote it out, it was 13 pages long! When I typed it I managed to squish it into 7 pages!
