Nagatoro POV
I walked into the school library, having no where to go since art club was closed. I turned the corner to the shelves in the back, where it was the most quiet. I spotted Naoto by the window in the corner. "SeNpAi, looking as gross as ev-" I stoped in my tracks as soon as I realized that Naoto was crying. "Senpai, whats wrong?" Naoto turned his head toward me. He clenched his jaw as he held on to his arm.
"N-Nothing, Nagatoro," he said. I smiled and sat down next to him. He smiled at me and suddenly my stomach had butterfly's in it. Why am I feeling like this? I reached into my backpack and pulled out a tissue. I Wiped the tears out from underneath his glasses. His face turned bright red, and i giggled. I took his glasses off, it was kinda hard to wipe his face with tiny glass windows in the way. Without knowing, I grazed my hand across Senpais arm and he flinched. I pulled my hand back. As carefully as i could i pulled his sleeve back, and it was COVERED, in bruises.
"Senpai! Who did this to you?" Senpai looked down at the ground.
"Just some bullies, you know, the ones that have done that to me since we were little," he said.
I raged. I took the cool water bottle out of my backpack and gently set it on Naotos arm. Naoto flinched a bit.
Naoto POV
Nagatoro set her cold water bottle on my arm, and it felt nice. I smiled at her, and her face turned red as she smiled back. The guys who beat me up walked over to us. "Aww, little Hayase taking care of her Senpai, how cute," one of them said. Hayase jumped up in rage, and stood in front of me. One of the guys clenched his fists and walked up to Nagatoro. "You dont wanna get into this," he warned.
Nagatoro POV
"Yes, I do," I said, ready to throw hands with this guy. He shot right past me and went straight for Naoto, but I jumped on him and punched his face.
"Protecting your boyfriend, huh?"
I didnt care at this point.
"Yea, I am, now back off," I said, pissed.
"How bout no," he said smirking.
"I care for Naoto and I'm not gonna let u hurt him!"
"Why do u care for that freak?"
"Because i love him!"
