Chapter 1

Levi's POV

I tried screaming but It was no use, nothing came out. And then it was over. The darkness was consuming me.

I snapped my eyes open and I found myself lying on a thick branch in a enormous tree. I observed my surroundings. I was in a forest.

I suddenly remembered. I was here... just a few moments ago. I was here and I died. Right? A giant baby ate me and I'm dead.

But I'm still here, alive. Standing on a branch where I was before. My head was spinning and I couldn't quite figure out why I was back here.

I knew that nobody was here. Just me, whoever I was. Think. I was in the middle of retracing my tracks when I heard something... No, someone.

Without thinking, I jerked my body over to the noise. I did everything I could to get to that noise. I jumped off of a 10 feet tree, I climbed the tree that the noise was coming from and I frantically yelled at the top of my lungs,
"Where are you!"

I heard a whimpering noise literally right behind me and I snapped my head back to find some guy who looked about my age. He was wearing a ripped up brown V- neck T shirt with black lace stringing one side of the shirt to the other. The brunette had beautiful green eyes and flawless tan skin.

My eyes widened "Y-you're human?! Alive? Here?!" Was all I said.

The boy just stared at me, examining my features. I awkwardly shifted but the boy didn't seem to mind that he was making me uncomfortable.

After a couple of minutes of his staring and my awkwardness, I decided to speak up "Oi brat, just take a picture"

"I would, but I don't have a camera" he looked serious. I raised an eyebrow. Someone's a smart ass.

He cleared his throat. "Anyways, why am I here?" He seemed like the fucking calmest person in the whole world which annoyed the shit out of me. When I first came here, I was screaming and freaking out.

"I don't know. I think we're stuck here. Anyways what's your name?" I asked the brunette testing if he knew his name, which he probably didn't.

"Eren Jaeger" He responded.

"you remember your name?!" My eyes widened.

He furrowed his eyebrows "Why wouldn't I?" He grabbed my hand and as soon as he did, something abnormal happened.

I'm not sure what, it was some sort of flashback? I stood there with my eyes basically popping out of my eye sockets. In the flashback, I was with Eren and it looked like we were at a park.

We were both siting on a bench laughing together and eating lunch. Was this how it used to be? Did I know Eren in some other life?

Eren grabbed my shoulders and started to shake me. "Levi! What's wrong with you?!" He tried getting my attention and I finally snapped out of my flashback.

Wait, did he just call me Levi? "Is that my name...?" I accidentally said out loud.

Eren suddenly let go of me. "Crap. Um, no sorry, you just remind me of my friend back home..." Eren's cheeks started to turn a light shade of pink.

"now isn't the time for your hormones to act up." I spat at him. "I need answers now. How did you get here and how are you remembering everything about your previous life?"

Eren sharply inhaled "All I remember is what I told you. I just woke up on this branch"

Ok. that's good. We're on the same page now. "We need to stay together if we want to survive"

"Wow wow buddy, Im not repopulating the world with you-" He trailed off.

Did he really just say that? Guys can't even have kids together. If I was a girl I guess it would work, I mean he's really attractive... NO, that's not the point here. I shook myself out of my thoughts.

"you know what I mean" I rolled my eyes.

He chuckled "Ya I know. Ok let's go kill shit!" He screamed and led me to an area where there was some sort of gear.

"How did you find this?"

"I just found it a couple of hours ago. I think I know how it works. I used to play a video game in my previous life called Attack On Titan Tribute Game. Anyways this is like the same concept! There are blades, gas, and hooks in the maneuver gear so we can swing around and slice the Titans flesh!" He screamed getting way to excited. But I have to admit, I was impressed that he found this and knows so much about it.

"Uh ok brat. That's cool I guess" Eren handed me the gear. I was about to hook it onto my clothing until Eren stopped me. "No, let me do it."

Before I could respond he started to move down to the buckles. He squatted down and was too damn close to my crotch, just saying. He hooked the belt in between my legs, which made me very uncomfortable. Once he was finished, he started on his.

"This is going to be fun" Eren smirked.
