"The previous Asphodel.. Jungkook betrayed us. This might have damaged the Contract, preventing it from being transferred to you in full." Jin said, glancing at V for a second.

'The previous Asphodel betrayed them? I wonder what he did..' Jimin thought, subconsciously glancing at V.
"Because of him, we're all labelled sinners now." Suga spat out.
"Watch. It." V roared.
"Screw off, V. It's true. You even went to the Abyss for it. Because of Jungkook." Suga grunted.
Jimin's brow scrunched in confusion. "I don't understand. What's this 'Abyss' you keep referring to?"
"It's our equivalent of.. a prison, of sorts, although that's not quite accurate." Jin replied uneasily.
"But if the previous Asphodel betrayed you, then why would V be the one sent to this.. prison of yours?" Jimin asked, glancing at V.
"We use the term 'sinners', but perhaps it's a poor translation of the dragon language. Essentially, the contract means that Jungkook's actions are tied to ours. If he commits a horrible crime, it reflects poorly on us, as we're responsible for his actions." Jin explained.
"RM must be targetting the Guardian Dragons now.. I could only speculate why he wanted to round up the rest of us." V sighed.
Jin seemed a bit sad, listening to V.
"Not that I'll let it happen again. Getting dragged off to the Abyss was.." V mumbled, looking lost. An emotion can't described lurked in the depths of V's eyes. He looked away. "..Hard. I managed to escape, but the process weekend me much more than I could've anticipated. RM caught me more easily than I expected."
Jimin looked at V, 'So V didn't commit a crime.. this Jungkook guy did. And V went to the Abyss for it. That doesn't seem really fair, does it?' Jimin digested that information for a minute. 'I can't just pity them though. They did kidnap me. I don't even know for sure if I've got this Blood of Covenant thing. I can't just upend my whole life. I won't let it. And then there's Jungkook...' Jimin's thoughts ran a mile a minute.
"So.. What happened to him? Jungkook? If he committed some 'sin', as you call it, then is he in the Abyss too? And why did I get the Contract in his stead?" Jimin asked, looking at all the three.
V walked a few paces away, his back to Jimin. Suga and Jin shared a long look.
"He's probably dead." Suga's voice was flat, but Jimin almost felt like he could detect a hint of emotion.
Jin nodded slowly, when Jimin's eyes met his.
'Dead... Does that mean I'm at risk too? Or did he die because of his own actions? Would he have survived has he not committed that sin?' Jimin couldn't help but to seek answers to all his thoughts.
