The reunion

The family have not been within the same room as each other in a while and they think it's time before one of them decides to die..
they aren't all that old, eldest brother in his late forties, next eldest brother in his late thirties, eldest sister in her twenties and youngest who is in their twenties as well.

This story is all about me and a dream I had this dream wasn't like the others I had it wasn't weird to say the least it was quite normal. It was seven years from now Andy parents decided that they would like us all together again after it had been a while. So of course I agreed it took some time persuading my other siblings but they finally agreed to come.

When it was time for us to attend my parents house me and my husband were first there, which was weird as I am always late to things. A while after I had caught up with the my parents my sister arrived with her husband and I was there greeting them at the door, I whisper in my sisters ear "I'm so glad your here, don't think I would've survived without you" she then giggled and said the same back but added "brother dearest is behind me" as I look behind I see my second eldest brother whom I didn't have the best passion for but could stand him, I greeted him and his significant other with a hug.

As they went into the living room where the family was reuniting I was about to close the door and my eldest brother catches the door and says "weren't thinking of forgetting us were you" us being him and his girlfriend who I did not like at all. I re-open the door and welcome them in as nicely as possible then they enter the living room. I then follow behind my husband is already sat down talking to my family. If your wondering the table is in the living room as there isn't enough space in the dining room so we had to all sit in the living room at an extended table together.

We all sat by our partners and clung to them so we didn't have to socialise with the rest of the family however my mother wasn't having any of it and said " if we are going to sit at this table we are going to talk to each other about new exciting things happening in our lives" I did not like the idea of having to talk to my brothers girlfriend but put up with it anyway.
