A massive beast rested on the forest floor, sounds filled the forest, distant calls of foreign creatures. The dawn light woke up this creature, it chuffed, and started walking. Strangely, no grass covered the earth. The animal came across a large clearing with a small pond, it would drink from this watering hole. It looked up to see a smaller critter, cautiously approaching the watering hole, it had a long neck, a biped, and eyes that looked like a puppy's eyes. The large one, had crests above its eyes, sharp teeth, and crocodilian scales. The large sharp-tooth ceased drinking and lunged at the small herbivores. Crack. The small animal went limp in the carnivore's jaws. The carnivore feasted on the dead animal. All of the sudden, an unknown source of light shone on the beasts face, now bloodied, guts hanging from its jaws. It walked into the light, drawn to it, the creature seemingly disappeared with the light. Gone.
