Transfer-
This would be where you have an object and another object and are able to change the position with your mind. The time would range between objects.
It would take a lot of concentration and you would have to know the precise coordinates of where the objects are. I like to think that quirks have 3 stages so the first stage for this would be apple moving. No, I'm not saying they can only move an apple but apple size objects. The range in the first stage would range from 1-7 ft which isn't that big if you think about it. This would take 0.7 seconds.
Then you would have stage 2. The range would almost triple 48ft. (If that's not almost triple then I don't care). The size would become chair size and would take 1-2weeks to master. Time becoming 1.4 seconds long for this size.
Stage 3 would be the maximum possibility for this quirk ranging from 1-234ft. It would be able to transfer crane size objects but the bigger the object the smaller the distance. A crane would take 2 minutes so you would need to buy time in some situations you couldn't like a villain fight. Also because this is the final stage it would probably also mean that they could master moving living objects but it would come with a big risk.
