You and your boyfriend, Max, had been dating for almost a year already, and it seemed almost perfect at the start. That was until he started getting really into your business. Like seriously, WAY up in your business. He wouldn't let you go out with friends or stay late at work, and if you did any of these things, he would get really upset and mad at you. One time, you went out for a study date with three of your friends, you didn't feel the need to tell Max, but he found where you were through an app he installed on your phone. After he crashed the study party, he publicly yelled at you for "trying to leave him." You tried to break up that day, but of course he "convinced" you to stay.

Back to the present, you and him were arguing. Surprising, isn't it.

"Oh come on, babe, you know I'm just worried that someone's going to whisk you away from me. Oh my god, I-, you really got a hold on me. You know that I love you, so this isn't just puppy love," His eyes feign a look of pure intent as he reaches to grab your hands. Scoffing at him, you pull back and roll your eyes.

Anger flashes through him but he stays strong, desperately trying to keep you near him. "That's what you said last time, and the time before that and before that. I'm tired, Max! I can't handle how possessive you are. I need to breathe! Do you really love me?" You can't even stand to look at his face. He freezes for a moment before nodding his head. With no reply from him, you continue, "This is the end of us,"

"No, no no come on babe let's work this out like we always do. Come on it's always us against the world. They wanna see us fallin' apart! Let me into your heart! Baby please don't go!" He reaches out to you again, only this time successfully.

"Get off of me max!!" You yell at him, struggling to get him off.

"I can't! You're mine! They'll take you from me. You can't leave me. No. Not anymore." The last thing you see is his fist coming straight for your face and then dark.

Groggily, you open your eyes to a room you've never seen before. You sit for a few seconds before your head starts to hurt and the memories flood back. "Holy sh-"

"Language, babe." Max walks through a metal door with a tray of food and water. "You know how I feel about your language problem." He moves closer to the bed you're at, in which case you scoot away from him. Not too far, however, due to a chain around your ankle.

"Max what is going on, let me out of this chain right now!" He chuckles and shakes his head no. "What is so funny Max, let me go! This isn't good, you need to let me out now, this is illegal Max." He lets out a laugh again.

"You are never leaving me again, babe. This is for yours and our own goods. This way I always know where you're at and nobody can take you away!" He smiles at you before he sets the food down and sits next to your shaking body.

"Babe, you really got a hold on me"
