The bulb in front of the Operation Theatre glowed indicating the start of the surgery. Everyone stood there numb. Tears in their eyes and shock in their mind , they were still trying to understand what happened to them half an hour ago. 

This was the condition of The Chawans. 

But apart from them , there was another broken soul , who too was in the same condition or can be said more worse condition. Looking at the blood in the hand and on the clothes , still trying to process , everything was too traumatising. 

( I am making it more suspense right!!😜 Okay so before going down , tell me honestly who do you think is shot ? )

Sai was sitting on the other side of chair just in front of OT , looking at her blood stained hands continuously. Sweat formed on her forehead as she recalled incident of her aaba's death. How he sacrificed his life just to save Virat!! And today Virat did the same. The bullet was meant for Sai but instead Virat came in front and got shot. 

Flashback

Within a minute Raghav pulled the gun from the holster of the inspector holding him and he fired it at Sai.

Virat screamed : Sai..... 

Sai closed her eyes in fear , ready to take the bullet but it didn't her. Instead she heard a large groan from someone. She turned only to see Virat's sub-conscious state slowly slowly falling down. Her heart forgot to beat , her hands became numb , her brain stopped functioning seeing the scene in front of her. 

Sai screamed : Virat sir.............

As soon as Virat heard the gun shot , the fear of losing Sai overpowered him. He pushed Sai behind while he took the bullet on himself. The bullet directly hit his chest. He winced in pain and clutched his heart. He cried in pain when he touched the ground.  

Kamal saved his life by taking bullet on him , while today he saved Kamal's daughter's life by taking the bullet on himself. He paid his debt .

Hearing the gun sound , the crowd was shocked. They started running here and there. Chaos was created. People started to run from there wanting to save their lives. In the crowd Megha too tried to run but was caught. 

The police caught Megha and Raghav and handcuffed them together. They both sighed thinking now there is no way to escape. 

There , all the Chavan members were shocked to know the complete truth and were more shocked when bullet hit Virat. They all ran towards him. Ashwini bent down and started patting his cheeks trying to wake him up. 

Ashwini : Godu!!!! Utha bada. Aankhen khol na godu. Aankhe khol godu!!!! Sai dekh na ye aankhe nahi khol raha hai. Bolo na isko. 

This was when Sai's reverie broke. She came from the shock and slowly crawled towards Virat. She kept his head on her lap and started rubbing his hands. 

Sai : Virat sir aankhe kholiye please!!! Ku..kuch nahi hoga. Bas ek baar aankhe khol lijiye. ( She said while controlling herself from bursting into tears )

Listening to Sai , Virat tried to speak but couldn't due to pain. 

Virat : Sai...mai....aahhh!!

S : Shhh!! Virat sir abhi kuch mat boliye. Bass aankhe khuli rakhiye. Kuch nahi hoga aapko!!! Mai kuch nahi hone dungi aapko.
