~Alarm sounding~
She reached her hand out to turn off the alarm; She got up and went to the restroom to get ready, she grabbed hers and her babies clothes for the day. She got dressed before dressing the sleeping baby in it's crib and grabbing her school bag before grabbing up the baby and swaddling the child and easing her into a sling around her shoulders. She then packed a small bag of the babies things and rushed out the door to meet the bus, as she stepped onto the bus, it was very still and quite as she took a seat in the back. As the bus started to go again the sleeping baby soon started to wake, the mothers child braised herself for the child's unhappy cries, but no cry was heard. The mother looked down at her baby who was looking around peacefully, she sat there holding the baby up just a little bit so the babe could see more around it. As the bus came to a stop again, a group of staring older kids got on, but she did not move or worry of the other children's thoughts. One of the kids walked to her seat and pointed next to her, he asked "Is this seat taken?" She shook her head, "No, you may sit." The boy sat unaware of the babe but soon looked over and almost squealed out from excitement "Oh, a baby! Is it yours?" The mother nodded at the boy. "Yes this is my baby." The boy was over joyed at the sight of the baby and she softly offered the boy the baby, "Wold you like to hold her?" The boy smiled widely and took the babe from her mother, the mother then again braced for a unpleasant cry from the baby but there the babe lay in the boys arms smiling. The bus then suddenly stopped, they had arrived at the high school, as the other children filled off of the bus, the mother, the boy and her babe got off last. The boy still holding the baby turned and looked at the mother and said "My name is Joey. What is yours?" The mother smiled at the boy holding her child and replied "My name is Sapphire, and my babies name is -
