Saving You Forever

Tanjiro pov:

"Nezuko, let's go!" I said after Nezuko went inside the box. We were going on a mission, a mission to a village. Many people was found dead, only half the body... The other half was probably eaten. I am Going to slay this demon and set peace! For the demon and the people.

"goodbye!" the old lady that I stayed at said. She had been taking care of me the past two days. She respected demon slayers deeply. I walked away ready for a new mission!

~time skip~

"Nezuko! We're here!" I smiled and tapped the box so she would now I was happy. It was a long trip, and I felt extremely tired. It was nighttime, so the demon might be lurking around. "I put you here and if something happens get out of the box and ask for help" I said to Nezuko while putting the box down to the ground. She was most likely sleeping, since she was in a harsh battle last mission.

I walked around in town, holding onto my sword. I checked everywhere and tried to smell the demon. I did find a somewhat scent, but I couldn't really figure out where it was. "Help!!!" I heard someone scream. I ran as fast as I could to where I had heard a scream. There I saw the demon, already eating a person. The man was dead, I didn't come in time...

"that was an innocent man! I am sorry, but I have to slay you!" I shouted, taking out my katana and got ready to fight.

Nezuko pov:

"Hello? Why is it a random box here?".... Someone was outside.... "I guess I just take it".... Someone is lifting the box... My brother said I was going to get out of the box if something happened... I am going to listen to brother... "huh? A girl? No... That's a demon!" ...a guy with a gun... He has a purple jacket... And a big scar on his face... He is about to shoot me! Big brother, what am I supposed to do? Run!

... I am running away from the guy with the gun... Is this the right choice? Should I attack?.... He isn't 100% human... He isn't demon... Hmmmm. Big brother....

"why are you running away and not fighting?! Stupid demon...!" ...Running is the best choice...

Tanjiro pov:

This demon is strong! It's not weird tho, he just ate a human! "You're not going to kill me today pathetic human! I am way stronger than you!!" he said with an angry look on his face. I just continued to use my breathing style on him. It injured him enough to become weaker. "mmmMmm!!" Nezuko! Nezuko just called for help! While I checked out of the building, the dmeon kicked me so I flew over to the next building. "mmMm!!!" Nezuko... What is wrong... I lost consciousness. Everything was black.

"Hello? Are you dead? Are you still breathing? Is this your sister?" Everything was still black, but I could hear someone. I was awake, but I couldn't open my eyes. "the demon is still alive you know-" I was still holding my sword tightly. And I opened my eyes so quickly that the person who was talking to me kinda jumped a little. "yes... Yes that is my sister" I said, I was nervous... Incase he had figured it out.

"why is your sister a demon?!" he asked. Oh no... He knows! "wait I can explain! She hasn't killed anyone! And it's been 2 years!! Please don't hurt her!" I looked him in the eye with frustrated eyes. He seemed to understand the situation, thankfully.

"the demon is still alive! You have to help me kill it! But I am going to kill it!! So I can become a hashira..." He said, he didn't seem too happy. Now that I think of it, that guy looked familiar... That is it! He was from final selection! "That is ok! Also, you're that guy that was about to hurt that little girl from final selection! Do you remember me?" I smiled with closed eyes. "of course I do!! You broke my arm!" he said, extremely angry.
