The Call

Emily's POV
It was 12:00 when me and My twin received the call. To Bailey it was some type of joke but for some reason I felt like this was it. "Bailey".
"Don't say anything Emily I just talked to mom" "They wouldn't leave us like this, it's all one sick joke that's all" "
"Bailey I wish I could believe that but I can't"
"JUST SHUTUP THEY'RE GOING TO BE FINE TH-" I will never be able to figured out what clicked but I knew something did because she broke off with sobs.
Later that day
Bailey's POV
There was a knock on the door and I did not move to pick it up. thought I have had a good relationship with both my parents I was always closer to my mom. Dad never took offense because Emily was a daddy's girl.
"Emily the door."
"Bailey come here the police are here and some strange lady."
Strange lady who is that.....
"Hello girls I believe I talked to you earlier and told you I would be coming to see you......my name is officer Mike by the way."
"Hi girls I'm Virginia Baccon, after today you will be living with me for awhile"
Emily looked at me and I just shrugged my shoulders. people usually think I'm the oldest, but we really were born at the exact same time. Just like mom wanted it.
"Girls will you please go and pack your things for me."
"No" said Emily
"Well you can't stay here and I was put in your care, I know it's hard but we have to make the best of the situation"
"Okay you're right"
"Oh by the way we have  found your parent's bodies,since it was their private jet."
"From what we were able to gather it wasn't an accident the pilot steered the plane down on purpose"
"He died with them so we think he was just suicidal"
"How is that supposed to make us feel better knowing our parents were murdered"
"It's not I just thought you would like to know"
"Whatever"
"BAILEY" Emily scolded
"That's not nice"
"Well I guess I'll just be taking my leave   I hope you girls the best"
With that we go pack and off to bed.
