Chapter 7🌻

Alyssa's P.O.V
We get to Charleston and Topper and JJ seem to be getting along. We get to the dress shop and Kiara and I try on some dresses and both find dresses we like.
(Kiara's will be the one she wore in the show)

"Now we gotta get JJ a tux" Kiara says. "Yes and then food cuz I'm starving" I say. "We can get food now" JJ says trying to avoid getting a tux. "Yea if your hungry" Topper says. "Ok let's go eat" Kiara says and we walk to the restaurant down the road. We walk in get our table and sit down. "Want me to order for you" Topper whispers.
JJ's P.O.V
"No I can thanks though" Alyssa says and kisses Toppers cheek. "Hi what could I get for you guys today" the waitress says. "Could I get chicken tenders and fries" Alyssa asks. "Me too please" Kiara says. "I'll have a hamburger pickles on the side" Topper says. "I'd like the chicken sandwich with pickles on the side" I say. "And what would y'all like to drink" the waitress says. "Sprite" Alyssa says. "Coke"'Kiara says "lemonade" Topper says. "I'd also like a sprite" JJ says. "Coming right up" the waitress says and winks at Topper as she walks away. Alyssa stands up. "Sit down its fine" I say.
Alyssa's P.O.V
"Alyssa stop" topper says. "Fine whatever" I say and sit down. "It's ok she's not my type" Topper says as the waitress walks back. The waitress purposely trips and the drinks spill all over me. "What the fuck" I say and stand up. "I'm so sorry" the waitress says sarcastically. "Let me help you" Topper says. "Don't touch me" I say. "Let's go to the clothing store down the road and get you dry clothes" Kiara says. "Boys stay here and wait for our food" Kiara says and her and I walk out. "She's a bitch" I say. "It's ok" Kiara says. Then I realize we were only supposed to spend money on dresses and a tux and food. "Wait your mom said to only get dresses a tux and food" I say starting to panic.
Kiara's P.O.V
Alyssa is starting to have a panic attack. "Hey it's ok mom and dad will understand" I say trying to calm her down. "I-I don't want them to be mad and h-hit me" Alyssa says. "It's ok I promise they won't be mad" I say. "O-ok" Alyssa says. "Ok?" I say and Alyssa nods her head. "Just breathe" I say. After a couple minutes Alyssa calms down. "Are you ok" I ask. "Yea thank you" Alyssa says. "No problem" I say and we walk into the store and Alyssa looks for an outfit.
Alyssa's P.O.V
I start looking for an outfit and after a couple minutes I find one

"Ok let's pay and go back and eat" I say. We pay for the outfit and I go change and put my wet clothes in the bag and walk to the truck drop off the bag then walk back to the boys. "Took you long enough" JJ says. "Well when your a Pogue in a kook town it's hard to find Pogue clothes" I say and the waitress brings our food. "Thank you" Topper says. "Yea no problem" The waitress says and walks away.
JJ's P.O.V
"Want my pickles" I ask Alyssa. "Yes please" Alyssa says and takes my pickles. We finish eating pay and we go to the truck and the girls get in the front again. "Come on Lyss let me sit up there" I say. "Yea Lyss come sit back here with me" Topper says. "Fine just cuz I don't want to here you guys whining the whole time" Alyssa says and switches places with me. "So I was thinking I could ask my parents and we can do a monthly shopping trip me you and mom we gotta fill that closet up" kiara says. "I'm down" Alyssa says.
Kiara's P.O.V
Alyssa's been my friend before I was a pouge she's been my ride or die since then and I'd do anything to see her happy and this makes her happy. "Aye what about me" JJ says. "Want us to dress you up like a pretty princess Jay" Alyssa says and we all laugh but JJ. "Haha very funny what the hell am I supposed to do we alway do shit together Lyss" JJ says. "Jay.. we aren't gonna be together forever" Alyssa says. "Yes we are where ever you go I go so I know no one ever hurts you" JJ says. "We'll talk about this later" Alyssa says. "No we'll talk about this now" JJ says. "JJ let just enjoy our day" I say.
Topper's P.O.V
Alyssa and JJ are arguing. "No we're talking about it now" JJ says. "Come on man" I say. "You really wanna talk about this now" Alyssa snaps. This isn't gonna end well one of them is getting their feelings hurt. Kiara sighs and starts driving. "Yes I do Alyssa" JJ says. "You've been taking care of us since mom died. It needs to stop JJ I can protect myself JJ you have to stop worrying about me we're almost adults. I'm going to college soon you can't follow me forever." Alyssa says. "I get it Luke was a dick but he's gone now I'm fine" Alyssa says. "You put a gun to your head!" JJ yells. "A fucking gun! You are not okay you aren't fine you drink during the day this isn't you Alyssa!" JJ yells.
Alyssa's P.O.V
"You drink during the day all the time!" I yell. "I don't put a fucking gun to my head!" JJ yells. "Yeah well your boyfriend does-" I start to say. "John B wasn't your boyfriend he didn't cheat get that out of your head!" JJ yells. "Fuck you!" I get out of the truck walking away and I can tell JJ instantly feels bad and guilty. "Lyss.." JJ says and gets out of the truck and runs up to me grabbing my arm. "No fuck you!" I yell pulling my arm and turning around to face him. "Fuck you JJ!" I say pushing his chest starting to cause a scene. "I didn't mean it" JJ says. "I lost my daughter! The guy I'm in love with cheated on me! I get beat everyday! We argue every single day and it scares me because you look just like dad.. So sorry if I don't want to live in this world anymore!" I yell hitting JJs chest. "You think I'm gonna hit you JJ says and I look down.
