"It's five in the morning, and there's a full moon?! How is that possible." Logan asked. "I don't know. But its cool." Sammy said excitedly.
At school, Sammy ran up to her best friend, Nikki and told her about the full moon. Lily went up to her best friend, Molly. And Logan went up to his best friends Tyler and Peter. Pepper and Sophie came up to Lily and asked them about the full moon and thats how they all wrote a book called 5AM Moon. That night, Lily, Sammy, Logan, and all of their friends wrote the book and gave it to their reading teacher for an extra credit project. They're all in the same class; 7th grade. Nikki and Molly are twins and they live right across the street from Lily, Sammy, and Logan.
Later that night, Sammy and Logan went to bed and woke up really early in the morning to write the book. Their parents woke up after them and asked what they are writing. "Are you doing your homework at 6 in the morning?" "No mom. We're writing a book called 5AM Moon." Sammy said. "Cool." Said the dad. They are really excited to go to school today because their teacher said that she has a surprise for them.
