It took me by surprise when they kicked me out. I actually thought that I had a good home. I know that I can be a bother sometimes, with my ADHD and all, but I don't know why everyone hates me. I keep walking down the road. I want to get as far away from that town as I can. If I don't, they will come get me and take me to a new place. They are so mean! I never want to go back to the Home for Homeless children ever again! I will find my own place.
I keep walking and try to find a place to call home. That was not to happen today, for now it is dark. I try to do what I can to sleep, but there are rocks everywhere and it is difficult, but finally, I drift off to sleep.
When I wake up, the first thing I see is a boy sitting next to me and stroking my hair. He looked my age or maybe a year older. He had beige skin and dark hair. He was not tall, but not short, but still taller than me. He was rather handsome. I noticed that he was looking at the sky. I turned my head slightly so he wouldn't know that I was looking at him. I slowly sat up. When he noticed my movements he looked at me, and he smiled.
