Transformers: Different Views

Chapter One

Universe: IDW (my version)

Location: New York, Earth.

Year: 2008

Note: This takes place in my IDW continuity. This has my OCs, Amber and Hiba both of which are sisters. Also, transformers aren't robots. They are an extremely advanced race of humans from Cybertron who have discovered how to make transforming mecha suits and the suits aren't as big as buildings and houses, they are actually quite smaller.

BOOM!

Another blast hit somewhere nearby the building Amber was taking refuge in and she whimpered, wondering what to do. The transformers known as the Decepticons were slaughtering the city mercilessly and there was nothing she could do to stop it.

Amber sat in a room inside the building, curled up in a ball and flinching every time she heard a scream. She held back tears as she thought of the people outside who were dying.

Amber sat there, wondering what she could do to help those people. They were suffering and she was doing nothing. She was helpless. Their scream were too much for her and soon enough, she couldn't take it and so, she quietly and as stealthily as possible, snuck up to the window, from where she peeked at what was happening outside.

People were running, screaming as decepticons attacked them with their null rays and blasters. The one leading the assault was of a grey and silver colour with purple accents and a decepticon sign emblazoned on his chest. He ordered the decepticons to do what they were doing as he fired from his own black cannon attached to his right hand which he referred to as the "fusion cannon".

It was when Amber decided to go outside to help the people that she saw a black and purple decepticon notice her. He immediately pointed towards Amber and said "Sir! There's someone in there, watching us!"

Amber panicked. She immediately got up and ran towards the back door of the building and opened it, running outside. Fortunately, no one was here yet but they were going to be there if Amber didn't escape.

She was running when she heard something. A woman sat hunched in a corner, not knowing where to go. Amber ran up to her, knowing she could be caught but she wasn't just about to let this woman die at the hands of these horrible decepticons.

"Mam?" Asked Amber. "Mam, are you okay?"

"I don't know what to do...I'm so alone..." The woman whispered, terrified.

"Don't worry Mam" said Amber comfortingly. "Come on. Let's get somewhere safe".

Amber didn't stop walking until the woman was indeed, at a safe place and after that, she ran into another street to see if there was anyone who needed help there but unfortunately, she walked into a trap.

A tall white, red and blue decepticon with wings screeched "And who are you?!"

"That's her! That's the girl that I saw!" said the same black and purple decepticon that had spotted Amber.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" came a voice, menacing and dangerous as it's originator walked up to her. To Amber's horror, it was the grey and silver decepticon. She didn't know his name but she did know that he was the leader of the decepticons.

"I said, who are you?!" screeched the red, white and blue decepticon again.

"Am-Amber" Amber replied hesitantly.

"Well, prepare to be destroyed then" said the red, white and blue decepticon, smiling and raising his null rays.

Amber flinched but the grey and silver decepticon commanded "Wait Starscream!"

Starscream looked thoroughly annoyed at being stopped from shooting Amber and he lowered his null rays slowly, taking as much time as possible while shooting venemous looks at Amber at the same time.

When he had finally went away, the grey and silver decepticon asked "Amber, is it?"

Amber looked up at him in hatred. "Yes" she said angrily.

"Well Amber, I am Megatron, leader of the decepticons and right now, I would very well like to know if you are a spy of the Autobots" said Megatron menacingly, no doubt trying to scare Amber.

"I am not" replied Amber through clenched teeth. However much I would like to be, Amber thought bitterly.

"Yeah right, like we can believe that" smirked Starscream. "It's obviously a lie!"

"Quiet Starscream!" commanded a very annoyed looking Megatron before he turned back to look at Amber. "As for her, we'll see if she is an Autobot spy or not once she's back at base"

Both Amber and Starscream looked at Megatron in shock. It was hard to see who looked more shocked. Amber couldn't help but think What?!

Yep. Amber is an exact copy of me. So, this is how the story starts...
