"Wake up, my darling Rosa," a female voice said as Rosa felt the weight of a person jump on her. Rosa groaned burying her head further underneath the pillows hoping the person would get the hint and continue to let her sleep.
"You know I could just start yelling and then your poor sensitive vampire ears will bleed."
Rosa lifted her head up and saw her best friend sitting on top of her blanket that was covering her. "Who even let you in here?"
"Your hot brother did as he was leaving to his evening practice." Jess said now getting off Rosa and laying beside her.
Rosa faked gagged. Even though Rosa knew Jess has never had feelings for her twin brother, it still repulsed her hearing Jess say her twin was hot. "Remind me to kill him for this."
Jessica rolled her eyes, "you're a vampire now, you don't need sleep. Come on, you've nap for long time now. It's already 7 p.m."
The Valencia female sat up, "I had a late night and then class all morning. I needed to catch up on my beauty sleep."
"Well beauty sleep caught up, come on. Get your sexy ass up. We're going to The Wave tonight," Jess said getting off Rosa's bed and heading towards her closet. "Seth told me the hot bartender will be there tonight and I need my wing women. The best one in the game."
Rosa yawned missing the sound of silence already as Jessica continued on talking. "But Seth isn't working tonight so we'll need our fake IDs to get in, also it's Latin night."
The Valencia twin got out of bed and walked to stand beside Jessica looking at her outfits, "first, you should have mention Latin night from the start. You won me over with just that. Second, we don't need our fakes anymore, remember I can compel us to get in, and third which hot bartender?"
Jessica paused to think. She sometimes forgets Rosa now has the ability to do all these crazy superhuman things. "How did I forget about the compel thing, you're right. You're so smart."
"I know. We are who we are," Rosa shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly looking for an outfit.
She reached for a maroon blouse and jeans when Jess stopped her. "Nope," Jessica said shoving a short sleeveless blue dress with cut out slit around both sides of her waist. "This one right here, beautiful."

One of Rosa's favorite things to do was dance, whether it was on a dance floor around others or by herself in her room blasting music. Letting loose and feeling the rhythm run through her body was Rosa's best way to release herself. When she was dancing, there was no stress, no anger, just peace of mind with the flow of the music.
