Katherine's POV:
We both got off the bus slowly but surely all but all we saw was desert.
"Where are we" Megan asked.
" I don't know, possibly Arizona."
I looked around for any sign of them, Nothing. It was cold dark and very quiet, too quiet. We walked for about an hour and then had a rest on the ground it was cold and hard and very dusty. The worst thing about it was that it was so dark you couldn't see a thing. Not even one of the dark shadows.
"We should get going before anything happens."
"Agreed." Megan said quickly
We started walking again for another few hours and then all of a sudden we saw a faint light in the distance. Could it be we have found them. Got closer close enough to see them all five of their faces. We also saw some females along the course. 10 women. Some either were in relationships with them or some were siblings. Then all of a sudden the first one screamed.
" Look out!!!!"
Before I knew it I was struck hard against the head and knocked to the ground. I was unconscious.
"Kat!!!" Megan screamed!!!
Megan's POV:
She was lying there not even moving a single inch I was so terrified I didn't know what to do. And all of a sudden one of the black figures were charging at me. I stumbled my feet backwards and started running. Then I heard more footsteps following. The savoirs were charging at the black figure that was chasing me. Except for one. Andy stayed behind and held onto Kat.
Two other women followed behind me making sure I was safe. I didn't know who they were but they looked like they were wives of two of the men. I couldn't run anymore so I collapse into my knees and onto my chest. The two women ran to my side as quick as possible.
"Are you alright??"
" I think so. God my side hurts."
"Let's walk her back to camp"
"Jess, she can't walk"
" you have a better plan Lourdes??"
As they were arguing CC came to my side.
"Ill take her back." He said sternly.
He picked me up and took me back to camp on the way there I fell asleep in his arms not knowing what was going to happen next. Was Kat dead or was she alive??
