-When your father was discharged a week after the accident, you walked with him to the town car. A sea of reporters flooded to you both, microphones shoved into your faces as reporters asked a thousand questions. Once he was in the car, you turned towards them, and before you could state that Dr. Strange wanted to ask for privacy during his recovery, a man in a suit asked loudly, "Are you Strange's mistress?"

"No, I am his daughter, and we ask that during this time you respect both of our privacies and would like to make it very clear that those who fail to do so will be arrested by the NYPD. We will take no further questions at this time." You stated, before pushing through the crowd and rounding the car, which pulled away towards your old home as soon as your door closed.

-Sam watched in your office, the laptop screen displaying the live coverage as he sat around the mess he created. His eyes watering as you stated you were his daughter, a woman who was familiar to him, but yet so foreign at the same time.

-The car ride was silent, your father's eyes were just transfixed on his hands as you stared out the window.

-When you arrived home, Strange refused your help, and just locked himself in his office, leaving you mostly alone.

-Communication between you both was very limited, it mostly consisted of you asking if he needed anything, and him refusing, even though 10 minutes later you would bring him whatever he might need.

-You didn't know this, but after the video surfaced of you outside of the car, Tony instructed the team that it would probably be best to wait a while before reaching out to you. Everyone looked to Steve to disagree, but he stated, "I agree with Tony, clearly she never wanted anyone to know, and now she has been forced to tell the whole world. We should give her some time to readjust to the situation."

-After the video of you exclaiming you were Strange's daughter aired, there was a knock at the door. You peeked through the hole in the door and were met with a familiar face. Swinging the door open you were quick to leap into his arms, burying your head into his shoulder as tears slowly slipped down your cheek, "I missed you."

"Me too." Jonathan replied, his shaking hands slowly wrapped around you as well.

-He stayed in New York for two weeks, each day you would meet up for coffee, or an outing and discuss life without each other.

-He was really proud that you took his last name when you went MIA, it made him feel like he really did have an impact on your life.

-You were just happy to see him, and on his last day you both went to different museums around New York, and had a picnic in Central Park. As you sat there enjoying the weather he looked at you, "Do you miss him?"

"Who?"

"Sam." You had told him all about the man you lived with for years, stating that you thought they would be quick friends.

"Every day." You replied, "But he is extremely upset, and honestly I don't blame him."

-When you dropped him off at the airport you received a phone call, and answered it immediately, "Yes Tony?"

"I need you to meet me at Blue Bottle."

"This isn't a set up is it?" You asked, your eyebrow raising

"No, just.... meet me there in 30."

-Upon arriving outside, you were greeted by Tony's outstretched arms, Happy beside him as you accepted the embrace, before moving your attention to Happy, "Don't look so excited to see me Hap, I would hate for you to cause a scene."

"I mean I would be crying for joy right now if I could, but I need to look like, what did you used to call it?"

"A unfeeling, macho man." You responded before both of you cracked a smile, Tony joining in before directing your attention to the sports car out front, "I already have your coffee in the car."
