He goes back to his old house and make his unfinished device called the Devizer and when he finish building his Devizer his device started glowing and then a picture of a being who introduce himself as Ultraman X who is inside his Devizer needed his help and ever since then Shiro and X fighting together to help others without Union knowing and also save the kaiju by turning them into a spark dolls and create a cyber cards to his friends and preventing Union for getting the spark dolls before they can use his device and the spark dolls, including Ultraman X as a weapon and so he joins the rebels who rebel against Union.
