Me, Prongs and Mione had Slughorn Club today. To be honest I don't even know why I'm there, or how it got in. I just copied Harry and somehow I'm passing advanced Potions.

Slughorn sat us all round a round table. We each had dinner, it was really awkward. Nobody really ever talked. Slughorn occasionally did. Until we got to dessert. I was sat next to Hermione. Thank god.

So tell me Cormac, do you see anything of your uncle Tiberius these days?' He asked as everyone turned to Mclaggen, the thought he was so 'it'. It was so annoying. I kept silently munching on my ice cream.

'Yes, sir in fact I'm go hunting with him and the minister of magic for the holidays' Mclaggen triumphantly answered

I shook my head

'Vile son of a bitch' I murmured

'What was that, Miss Black?' Slughorn asked

Everyone looked at me now.

'You really want to know?' I asked

Hermione nudged me.

Slughorn nodded

'I think that Cormac is a vile son of a bitch' I shrugged eating my ice cream
Slughorn just laughed. And carried on

'Oh well, be sure to give them both my best, what about your Uncle, Belby?' He continued, turning to Belby, who looked like a pig scoffing the last of the ice cream down his throat.

I was going to comment but it isn't worth it.

'Those of you who don't know Marcus, his uncle invented the Wolfsbane potion, is he working on anything new?' Slughorn asked

'Dunno, him and my dad don't get on prolly cuz my dad's potions are rubbish the only potion worth having was a stiff one at the end of the day ' he said spluttering

'Ew' i shielded myself

I looked to see everyone grimace. Slughorn didn't look too pleased.

'What about you miss Granger what exactly does your family do in the muggle world?' He asked turning to Hermione, who sucked in a deep breath. Mclaggen perked up.

'My parents are dentists' she explained, shifting uncomfortably in her seat

'Mione, they don't know what dentists are, remember?' I whispered in her ear

'They attend to peoples teeth' she awkwardly said after a long pause

'Fascinating, and is that considered a dangerous profession?' Slughorn asked intrigued. I saw Mclaggen trying to get her attention. But he caught min instead, i sneakily out my middle finger up to him as he looked away.

'No, although one boy Robbie Fenwick did bite my father once he needed ten stitches aha' she smiled bubbly

Everyone stared at her. Not knowing what to do.

Soon a creak was heard, we all looked to see..Ginny.

'Why is she so late?' I whispered to Hermione

'Ah miss Weasley come in come in' Slughorn nodded

Ginny took her place next to Belby.

'Look at her eyes, they've been fighting again..her and Dean' Hermione stated

'They have? I haven't heard shouting, only screaming. But I think it came from the seventh year dorms' I smirked

I examined her puffy eyes. Poor Gin.

'Sorry I'm not usually late' she took her seat

I saw Harry instantly get up. Ginny and him exchanged looks. Before he sat down

'Oh looks like Harry got a little crush. I should owe Fred five sickles.' I smirked

He glared at me

'No matter just intime for desert, that's if Belby has left you any' Slughorn laughs as we looked to see Ginny's dessert all gone

Me and Hermione bother to look to see Mcglaggen giving us both seductive looks whilst licking his finger.

I scowled. We soon got dismissed, I walked with Hermione down the halls of Hogwarts.

'Do you think..there will be a war?' She asked

'Definitely. There's no holding back You-Know-Who.  Only when he is beaten can things really go back to normal' I told her

'I'm fine with it..you and Draco. But Harry might need some persuading. Just he doesn't want you to get hurt' Hermione held my hand. We walked back to the common room. But I saw Draco leaning against the wall. Waiting for me.

'I think it's my cue to go' Hermione opened the painting and walked in. Leaving me with Draco

'You okay?' I asked

'I wanted to see you.' He hugged me tightly

'Oh Draco.' I caressed his face and kissed him

'The times coming close' he told me breaking away

'Oh..' I trailed off

'Things will get worse, and I'm scared for both of us. I don't want you to be seen as a tool to the Dark Lord.' He kissed my cheek

'I won't be. Not unless we keep us a secret. Only three people know, that's it.' I held his hand

'I don't want to though.'

'We have to. For our own safety, these are dangerous times. I don't want to risk it' i seethed

'You Gryffindorks' he rolled his eyes

'Shut up, you're house is full of snakes.' I hid his arm playfully

'You're amazing, Evie. My Evie, mine fair' he kissed my neck

'You too Dray' I messed his hair up

'Oh you little—' he picked me up

I knew he didn't like his hair messed up. But he looked cute.

'Put me down!' I laughed as he did too

Our hearts beat as one.

'In all my years I never thought I'd go for a Gryffindor.' He looked at me lovingly

'Never I thought I'd go for a snake' I smirked

'Yet here we are.' He trailed off

'Yes, here we are.' I kissed his face once more

'I'd better go, you know. The cabinet, and stuff.' He sighed kissing me one more time

'Oh.. okay bye' I sighed and walked into the common room.
