Lea POV
It's the first day or school,
Yet I'm not excited.
Seeing students going around,
With their friends.
I watched and envy them.
Why can't I have a friend like that.
A friend that would always be by my side.
That would understand me.
That would protect me and be there for me.Instead I have friends that use me,
Or they just have a hidden agenda.
To be my friend.
I have friends, but they aren't considered close friends.
Just friends that respects each other.
Those are the two categories of the kind of friends I have.Friends that use me.
Friends that respect me.
Not friends that are close to me.
Students laughing and talking about their school break was what greeted me when I entered the classroom.
The feeling of being alone resurfaced.
Yet I pushed it down.
I'm strong, I can overcome this.
That's how I spent two of my classes.
Chattering and laughter all around me, as I made my way to my seat.
As I sat down on my assign seat in my third period.Wanting to avoid engaging in another unwanted conversation.
That students would just force themself to talk to me.
I appreciate the thought,
But them to ask me to do their assignment in the long run.
Was not on my list this year.
Seeing as there's nothing to do,
I was about to sleep.
Until someone tapped me, the student sitting in front of me. A girl.
Looking at her, as she smiled and introduce herself,
"Hi I'm Angel, what's your name?"
