The next few weeks, Hoseok and I spent a lot of time together. I found myself at his place more often than in my own apartment. We took turns cooking dinner, watched old movies, and danced. He was a very good hip hop and street dancer and showed me video clips of a few of his performances with a professional group in Seoul. After moving to Hawaii for his last two years of college, mainly to work on his English skills, he only danced for pleasure - his and mine.

"Wow, you're really good! I can see how your dance team won so many competitions," I said proudly.

"Yeah, it was a lot of fun dancing and performing regularly. I really miss performing."

"Why don't you find a dance team here to dance with?"

"I really can't. I have to focus on my English. I'm expected to be completely fluent by the time I return to Seoul."

"Really? It makes me sad to see you not be able to do something you love so greatly. I can tell by the way you're teaching me that you really miss it."

"It's okay," he smiled. "Dancing with you these past few weeks has brought the joy back. Thank you for that."

"I'm glad. It really has been a lot of fun. I hope I'm not disappointing you with my dance technique."

"Absolutely not! You're doing great. I love watching you dance!"

"Hmm, hip hop or 'slow dance'?"

"Both, of course!" he winked.

The alarm on my phone reminded us that we had about 30 minutes to get ready for the Spring Dance. It was spring break and the college was throwing a dance in the Campus Center. I was excited to be able to finally bust out my new dance moves.

"I'm going to take you down on the dance floor tonight," I declared.

"Oh, really? What makes you think you can take me?"

"Well, I have this really great dance teacher. His dance moves are so sharp and sexy."

"Wow, I really need to meet this guy and challenge him sometime," he joked.

Thank goodness the Spring Dance was casual. There was no need to get all fancied up. Hoseok wore black cargo pants, a gray button-down long sleeve dress shirt, and black boots. He looked so cool and handsome. I changed into dark denim stretch jeans, a white angel lace top, and white sandals. I decided to wear my hair half up and half down because I hated having my hair in my face when dancing. Hoseok snuck up behind me and gave me a back hug while I touched up my makeup in the bathroom. I could feel his hardness pressing against my back.

"You look beautiful, Sunshine. Do we really have to go to the dance?" He moved away my hair to kiss the side of my neck.

I casually tried to ignore his body pressed against mine. "Of course, we do! I have to try out my new dance moves. Plus, Malia is expecting us to meet her."

He grabbed my hips to pull me closer in another attempt to get me to stay. "You know, there are still other dance moves I have to teach you, but it has to be done in private. I can't teach you on the dance floor." He started kissing the back of my neck and rubbed his body on mine. Good lord, he was so hard to resist.

"I promise you can teach me your new moves later tonight," I pleaded, pulling away from his embrace.

"All right, as long as you save all your 'slow dances' for me," he conceded.

"You know ALL slow dances are only for you. Both on and off the dance floor," I teased.

He spun me around and kissed me deeply on the lips. He tried to pull me to his chest, but I held him off knowing we wouldn't be able to stop.

"Easy there, sir. Save it for later. We have a date on the dance floor."

"Okay, let's go. My body is ready to groove."

The Campus Center was fully decorated with sparkling streamers and balloons. They had various booths with complimentary food and soft drinks. I immediately searched for a cotton candy booth and found one. I grabbed Hoseok's hand and quickly dragged him there. We shared a cotton candy and walked around to see what else was being offered.

"Hey, you two!" yelled Malia. "I've been looking for you ever since I got here!"

"Hi! We just got here about 10 minutes ago," I explained. "Anything good to see or eat?"

"Well, they have a booth with non-alcoholic pina coladas and smoothies and one with sushi bowls."

"Those sound good, but maybe after we dance. Shall we head to the dance floor?"

"Sure, but Malia needs to come so that she can be the judge of our dance challenge," Hoseok said.

"Dance challenge? You're challenging each other in dance?" she asked, surprised.

"Yes, and I'm going to win!" I declared as I confidently strutted to the dance floor, leaving both Malia and Hoseok behind.

As soon as I got to the dance floor, one of my favorite songs started playing. I immediately turned around and looked at Hoseok. Right on cue, I said, "You Can't Touch This!" and started dancing. Everything he had taught me over the past few weeks started to pour out of me. I moved toward him as I danced and taunted him to join me. He watched for a few more seconds, then busted into his own grove while circling me. All the emotions and passion we felt for each other came out through our dancing. He glided over, pressing his body behind me and grabbing my hips to grind with him to the rhythm. We continued dancing in sync throughout the entire song. When it ended, we stared into each other's eyes and breathed heavily. Little did we know, a circle had formed around us to watch our little dance challenge. We realized what had happened once we heard the cheers and clapping from fellow students.

I was shocked. "OMG! Were all these people watching us?"

"I guess so. We must have been good because they're cheering and clapping," Hoseok said. "Maybe we should take a bow." We bowed, then laughed as we exited the dance floor.

"So, Malia, who won the dance challenge?" Hoseok asked.

"Hmm, you both moved exceptionally well. It was mesmerizing to watch the two of you dance together. I'm going to play it safe and say it's a tie," she said objectively.

"That's okay with me," I agreed.

"Me, too. Especially since I taught you those moves," he smiled.

We danced and spent the rest of the night with each other and our friends and enjoyed some good food and drinks. However, it was our private slow dance later that evening that I really looked forward to. I really loved his slow dance lessons!

A/N ~ This was a fun chapter to write. I needed to include Hoseok's awesome dancing skills somewhere in the story. Hope you enjoyed it. Please remember to give it a star if you enjoyed it too. Much thanks!
