I'll be trying a new way to write stories so please don't laugh at me-

Gold and Lunar were like best friends, though they were siblings.

It was night time, both of them went out to go see the stars and moon

Gold POV:

" We'll be in so much trouble! "

I said while Lunar held my hand and starts climbing up the roof

" Calm down, we did this before and don't you trust me? "

She said while she kept climbing,

Lunar would never follow mom and dad's rules,

I was older than her, 3 years older. And if Lunar did anything wrong and I was with her, I would get blamed for that, guess being the younger sibling has perks I guess.

But I did wanna go, who wouldn't wanna see a beautiful moon and billion, trillions of stars?

Once we were at the roof it felt great, I could see the stars and moon. I wish I could be in this moment forever.

" Why are the stars so little? "

Lunar asked,

" They aren't "little" their really big, they are just super far away. "

I said as she looked surprised.

" Woah! Really? That's so cool! "

Lunar said in excitement.

" Shh, Were close to Rainbow's Room, she might hear us... besides, she's a huge snitch. "

I quietly said. She looked surprised from my response and was quiet for the rest of the star gazing.

Lunar's POV:

" We'll be in so much trouble! "

Gold said, while I held her hand. She was worried she would get blamed for what were doing, I responded,

" Calm down, we did this before and don't you trust me? "

I kept climbing as I try to talk her out of it.

She agreed and climbed with me. I would love to see the stars and the moon,

I do wonder, why is there 1 moon and a lot of stars? shouldn't there be a lot of moons too? Anyway,

When we arrived the wind was a bit strong. We both sat down and started our star gazing.

I always ask questions so, it would be the time to ask one now right?

"Why are the stars so little? "

I questioned,

" They aren't "little" their really big, they are just super far away. "

Gold answered, I was shocked by the fact I shouted in excitement,

" Woah! Really? That's so cool! "

She looked at me,

" Shh, Were close to Rainbow's Room, she might hear us... besides, she's a huge snitch. "

Gold quietly said, Of course I was scared of getting in trouble so I stayed quiet for the rest of the star gazing.

After the star gazing they all went back to their rooms, but the world their in, is a bit... Different.

You can often see spirits walking around at night, some are bright, some are dark.

They don't do anything but people often get scared of them.

One night, Gold and Lunar went out again,

but this time they wanted to go to the park, they got a better view there.

When both of them pretended to sleep they quietly went out. Leaving the door open.

They saw many spirits and were very scared of them but they really wanted to see the stars.

When they passed the spirits, the spirits stared at them as they walked on by.

When they arrived, they laid down and looked at the sky.

A bright and dark spirit walked to them.

they were confused but listened to what they had to say.

Gold POV:

As I was enjoying the view with Lunar once again, we both saw 2 spirits. It's normal to see it yet, we were still scared.

we didn't wanna be rude so we let it talk.

" Why are you two children here?... Your parents might be looking for you. "

The bright spirit said.

" We wanted to go see the stars and the moon! "

Lunar said.

" Well, the view is quite great today... Wouldn't you say Laila? "

The bright spirit said while looking at the dark spirit, I didn't know they had names! that's so cool.

" I guess, we have to go now Alina. Or, are you thinking of tricking the children "

The dark spirit said, when she said that second phrase me and Lunar were scared. Are they gonna hurt us? they seem so nice though.

" Laila, you know we can't do that. You remember the last person that did that got into real trouble. "

The bright spirit said, I'm glad at least one of them was defending us...

" Fine, then why don't we just turn them into one of us since, they are being very bad and they shouldn't be up at this time. "

The dark spirit said, I do wonder what does being a spirit feel like?

" We have to ask permission from the person were doing this to, "

The bright spirit said while also looking disappointed for not knowing the rules of a basic spirit.

They soon asked us if we wanted to be spirits, and us being so ignorant and foolish we both said yes.

And no one ever saw us, ever again.

Lunar POV:

Again, we went out.

We saw many spirits on our way, we went pass them even if we were scared, when we arrived we lied down and enjoyed the view

Two spirits followed us, Bright and Dark.

They were having a conversation of tricking us?

I didn't wanna be tricked. Yet, I didn't understand the conversation much. Gold was looking at the 2 spirits looking horrified and scared.

I knew their was something wrong, the 2 spirits asked us if we wanted to become like them, I felt like Gold thought we weren't gonna get tricked anymore.

But, we were wrong. and from our foolishness.

We were gone and no one ever saw us, ever again.
