"Uwah~ Your bed's so soft~"

Shouyou snuggled into the pillows on the bed, Suna quickly dug into his pocket and pulled out the present he had prepared for Shouyou.

It took him three days to pick out, and he knows there's a chance Shouyou may not like it due to the culture of it, but... No, Shouyou's gonna like it, for sure.

Suna crawled onto the bed and sat beside Shouyou to lean over him and press a kiss to his soft lips. "I got you something."

He wasn't sure how he looked on the outside, but, on the inside, Suna was quaking with nerves and fear that Shouyou may not like it. It's just a thought he couldn't get out of his mind.

"Huh? But you've already done all of this for me? That's more than enough of a present in my opinion!"

He locked his legs around Suna's body and held a pillow to his chest with a bright grin. "Seriously, thank you, Suna-San!"

Suna pulled the pillow out of Shouyou's hands and tossed it to the side so he could bend down and press a deep kiss on the ginger's lips.

"Haha, we haven't even gotten to the best part yet, Shouyou. You just got here."

He sat up and pulled Shouyou onto his lap since his legs were still wrapped around the taller male's waist.

"Please, take it, pumpkin. I... really want you to have it, so you know how grateful I am to have you..."

He handed Shouyou the small box and watched a warming smile spread on his lips.

"Thank you, Suna-San."

Suna massaged softly at Shouyou's hips as he held the box between the two in his small hands. He made no move to open it, though, and it worried Suna.

"Are you not going to open it?"

A quiet hum passed Shouyou's lips.

"Uhm, your hands are... distracting me..." Shouyou covered his mouth with the top of the box in his hands and let his eyes flutter shut. Suna quickly removed his hands from the ginger's hips and apologized.

He'd put a pin in that for the time being.

Shouyou opened his eyes again and took a deep breath. He carefully pulled the ribbon off and playfully placed it atop Suna's head.

A chuckle passed his lips and couldn't help but to press quick kisses to Shouyou's forehead and cheek. Shouyou's soft smile widened, and he redirected his attention back to the box in his hand.

The top of the box was carefully pulled off. Shouyou's eyes widened. "Woah..."

He carefully pulled the necklace out of the box with awestruck eyes. The diamond-crested charm of a drum set dangled between them on a white gold chain.

Suna carefully slipped the necklace from Shouyou's fingertips and unlatched the buckle. Shouyou caught on to what he was doing and tilted his head up so his neck was bared.

After it was latched on, Shouyou took the charm tenderly into his hand and admired it as Suna traced tender circles on the ginger's neck with his thumbs.

"Do you... like it? I know it's not really your thing, but I thought it'd suit someone as lovely as you."

Shouyou pulled his boyfriend into a deep kiss with his hands on either side of Suna's face. "I love it! Thank you so much, Suna-San!"

Suna took the initiative of sharing a kiss between them. When he pulled away, Shouyou grinned playfully and continuously kissed Suna's lips with overexaggerated kissing noises between each one.

Each one made Suna's heart fuzzy and his lips form more and more into some lovesick grin. He gripped Shouyou's hips again and flipped him onto the bed so he could take charge of the kissing session his boyfriend started.

"Mnh..! Hnh..."

Shouyou held a tight grip on the back of Suna's shirt, his legs tightened around the taller male's torso. In response, Suna held his small body closer and delved his tongue into Shouyou's mouth.

"Suna-San..."

A gentle swipe of Suna's finger cleaned up the saliva dripping from Shouyou's mouth. He licked it off his finger before taking a quiet inhale and going back in for more.

Shouyou's small body had begun trembling slightly due to the pleasure and lack of oxygen. Honestly, if someone hadn't knocked on the door, Suna probably wouldn't have stopped until poor Shouyou had passed out.

"Shit..." He quickly helped Shouyou up and wiped the saliva off their faces. "Come in."

The maid quietly creaked the door open, but uncertainty rested on her face. "Am I interrupting something?" She whispered quietly, hoping not to destroy the tension Suna and Shouyou had built up in the room.

Suna shook his head and ushered her inside. Shouyou gave her blinding, bashful smile, to which she happily returned.

"Uhm, the preparations are complete. We're ready for you two to come down, Suna-Sama."

It was whispered so Shouyou couldn't hear, Suna nodded and thanked her before she left the room.

"Alright, Shouyou, let's go."

"Go where..?"

Suna gently took the ginger's hands in his and stood him up from the bed. "To the party, obviously. Before that, though, can I see your phone?"

Shouyou tilted his head to the side in confusion but dug his phone out of his pocket and handed it over anyway.

It looked small in Suna's large hands. He turned away from Shouyou and dug something out of his pocket. When he turned around and handed it back, a little charm was on it, the one from before, the tangerine.

"Oh, I remember this!"

Shouyou seemed so happy to receive such a small thing. It warmed Suna's heart, and he felt so blessed to have such an amazing human as his own.

"Thank you so much, Suna-San! This is the best birthday ever!"

"Because you got that?"

Shouyou pulled his tall boyfriend into a tight hug. "Gifts are nice, but I like having you here more! That's why it's the best! I love you, Suna-San! Lots and lots!"

A soft kiss was pressed to Suna's shoulder from those lovely, plump lips, which formed into a bright grin afterward.

Suna couldn't help but hold his small body closer and bury his face into Shouyou's nape. "I love you, too..." He whispered, offering a tender kiss to Shouyou's shoulder as well.

"Awe~ You're so cute, Suna-San!"

Before Suna could lose his mind more than he already has, he quickly led Shouyou out of the room and down to the dining room, which was decked out with decorations and filled with sweets and food.

All the staff was already there, as they were invited as well because Shouyou had thoughtfully requested it. They had a good time, he got to know a lot of the staff and was cooed over by the maids as he ate, for some reason.

Suna loved watching Shouyou have a good time, but seeing his staff, who has been with him since childhood, get along with his future husband really warmed his heart.
