The Petal Goes Away

Unbelievable

I was sleeping that night when my cellphone suddenly rang. Complaining about the noise, I took my phone by the bedside to deal with it. Being sleepy and all, I accidentally drop my phone. I cursed at that and saw a call from Kai. I immediately answered it, all sleepiness gone in an instant.
‘’Love, are you free tonight?’’. His voice filled with excitement.
‘’Yes, why suddenly ask, love?”. I answered with a flirty tone while wiping off crusts in my eyes.
‘’Love, can we meet in the garden on the day we first met? I have something important to show you.’’
‘’Sure love, see ya!’’. My smile widened. I cannot contain my excitement and happiness so I head straight into the bathroom immediately to fix this messy hair of mine.
In the bathroom, it’s all steamy and hot. I was so excited to see my boyfriend Kai, and he's someone anyone could wish for. Handsome, sweet, and the kindest person I ever met in my life. I love him very much.
I climb out of the bathtub, dry myself and quickly dress.
I went to our favorite spot, the garden. I sat in a bench while waiting for him to arrive till my phone rang and I answered it.
‘’Love, are you here yet?”. His voice sound of full eagerness.
‘’Yes, where are you?’’, I ask excitedly. From that moment, I didn’t notice him that he's already there behind me. I hugged and kissed him immediately and we started to walk across the garden, he turned to me so sweetly and gave me the sweetest smile, and winked at me. We went to an expensive restaurant. I am so surprised when we entered the restaurant. I was relaxed by the classical music played by a small group of musicians and started to look around.

I can’t explain all of the happiness inside me. The first thing I notice is the luxurious decorations along with fancy dim light and exquisite pictures of us. He ordered my favorite foods and gave me a bouquet of roses. After we dig in to all those foods, he offered me a dance with him. While we were dancing, he didn’t take his eyes off me. He whispered to me and said, “Always remember no matter what happens, I am always there for you, and I will endlessly love you”. I smiled and then he took something from his pocket and it was a necklace, then he wore the necklace on me. Afterwards, he kissed me so sweetly with full of passion. After we danced, we left and headed to the amusement park. He asked me, “Would you like to ride the Ferris wheel with me?’’ I nodded and he bought  tickets. As we get inside the ferris wheel, we began to talk about our dreams, and plans for our future. We reminisce about the promises we both made and how we met. Until we get to the top of the Ferris wheel afterward, he asks me, “Vi, Will you marry me?’’ I was about to answer him when suddenly fireworks appeared and exploded loudly at the same time, I answered yes to him but he didn't hear my response.

I jolted awake when I heard someone knocking at my door.
