Luna Ray lies upon her bean bag chair, slowly engulfed by the soft pillow-like material as she checks the time on her watch for the tenth time. It was late evening going on early the following day, which is no surprise for a twenty-year-old to be up this late the same goes for her companions. There are four premature adults within the decorative confines of her room, Nina Davis; the official best friend of Luna Ray, Willow Kozume; intelligent yet witty; and Dimitri, glacial and vigorous.

Four friends whose bonds are tighter than any normal friendship since they all share a common attribute, abandonment. Their Parents discarded them from an early age, one from drugs, another from unworthiness, two from self-inflicted deaths, and the last is unknown. Though they all share grief, they found solace within each other and hence made a newfound family. They don't need the same blood to be family because of each other, and they've been family from the moment they all met years ago.

Presently, Luna Ray struggles to contain her impatience towards Willow, who is writing a college scholarship letter. Luna ray groans are loud enough for Willow to hear her cries, and she is slowly losing her patience.

" Luna Ray," She starts, " I understand that you want us to leave as soon as possible, but Diego told you that I can finish my essay before we leave for the Pizzaplex,"

Willow complains while she continues writing her essay. Although Willow's skills allow her to write her reports in fifteen minutes, Luna finds that time insufficient for her goal.

" Common Willow! We've been here forever! Diego is probably sitting in the car waiting for us!"

Luna thinks her point is valid until her brother walks in with his travel mug in hand and a bagel.

" Sorry, Hermana, we're still waiting for Willow to finish up, and then we can head out."

Diego emphasizes 'Then' taking slow sips of his coffee while he leans against his sister's doorframe. Luna sighs with an audible " fine." before slouching further into her bean bag, crossing her arms with a famous pout painting her expression.

Nina listens closely during the discussion between Luna Ray and Her brother; she smirks as she types away on her phone before pausing for a brief moment. Shortly after, Dimitri, questioning the vibrations coming from underneath his bean bag, investigates only to realize that the noise is coming from his phone.

He's a bright young man; however, he tends to interpret some subjects too literally. As Dimitri scans the message, his gaze spans over to Luna Ray, who gives him a questionable look in response to his sudden interest in her; After inspecting her figure, he redirects his focus back to Nina.

"I approve zis urge to bed with robot lizard. He Treat her good."

Dimirti spoke with a Russian accent. He saw no shame in Luna Ray seeking a partner within the animatronic entertainer; he was more concerned about the mating process between the two.

"Aww, thanks, Dimirti! That means a lot."

Luna Ray exaggerates her movements on the bean bag as she turns to face her best friend, who's trying to keep a straight face.
