"I hate you!! I FUCKING HATE YOU!!" Katara could hear Lin scream. She already knew what happened and she let it continue. Tenzin deserved whatever Lin would do.

"Lin please!"

There were screams, sounds of concrete cracking. Just chaos. The island shook and Katara continued to cook dinner.

"Master Katara!" A young acolyte came running. "Tenzin is hurt!"

"How bad is it?"

"His arms have cuts all over them and he was kicked into a wall. Hard."

"Is he conscious? Is he still trying to stop Lin?" Katara questioned.

"Yes but-"

"Then he is fine. Just as fine as he was the night he cheated on Lin." The master water bender side-eyed the acolyte who blushed with embarrassment.

"With all due respect, he never loved Lin the way he loves me. She didn't want kids and she knew that was his duty. To continue the air nation. Why continue to 'love' a woman who refused to give you what you wanted?"

"Fine, you want to be pregnant until Tenzin dies? Because that's what will happen. He's set on having as many kids as possible, to continue the Air Nation. My husband died with one wish, to have as many air benders in this world possible. So while you might be the love of his life, watch when Tenzin cheats on you like he did with Lin. You can spend your whole life pregnant. Just know I do not and will not ever support this relationship. With all due disrespect." Katara ended the conversation just like that, leaving Pema speechless. The young acolyte left in a hurry, her face red.

Lin walked into the kitchen after tearing the island apart. She collapsed at the table and Katara let the food cook on low heat. She sat next to the young Beifong and cupped her cheeks.

"Don't let him tear you down, okay?" The blue eyed woman spoke softly. Lin nodded and hugged Katara tightly, sobbing. "It's alright... I'm here."

"I'm sorry." Lin's muffled voice said. "I didn't mean to destroy the island."

"It needed to be redecorated anyways." Katara spoke with a chuckle. "I'll get Toph to fix it later on. Right now, Tenzin can figure out how to fix it. Let him sweat a bit."

The small laugh Lin let out was enough for Katara.

"Am I banned from the island now?"

"Not yet."

The young Beifong sat up and sniffled a bit, wiping the tears off her face. "I should've known this would happen. He was staying out late and always talking to that kid."

"That same 'kid' tried to step up to me earlier. She will realize later in life that he will cheat on her too." Katara mumbled. Lin giggled slightly and leaned on her former-future-mother-in-law. The older woman just patted her back, smiling softly.

Tenzin would get his karma later on in life.
