Eddie x Juicy

**Before the chapter starts, I just want to say again, it is good to be back. It's been so long and I've missed all of this, the support, the writing, and the freedom honestly. This chapter is pretty tame I'm not going to lie, just to start with. As always if you have any requests let me know! Enjoy ^^!**

Eddie's POV:

I can't believe I am now thirty years old. Isn't it the thirty year mark when people are supposed to have figured out there love life? I sigh as my mother continues to set things up for the party. The boys were supposed to be over, it would be the first time we would all be together again and I was excited! But the thing was, that they may be there yes but Gabby wouldn't. I teared up a bit thinking about how mine and Gabby's relationship just ended. It made me sad that she just up and left the next day after our argument.

I shook the thought away of Gabby and stood up, "Do you need help with anything mamá?" I ask as I walked to her in the kitchen. She smiled and shook her head "No no it's okay I got it." She carried a few plates and supplies for cooking outside. "Besides your friends will be here very soon. I got a call from your friend Gaege not to long ago saying they were only twenty minutes out." My heart skipped a beat at the thought of Gaege. I missed all of the boys but the one I missed the most was Gaege.

He was my best friend, like Josh was with Mully, and he was with me through every mess I had to deal with. Including with Gabby. I nodded to my mother, "Okay well I'll be in my old room until they get here." I say and head to the stairs. I hear my mother laugh, "Honey it's not your old room, it's always just going to be your room, you are always welcome here mijo." She smiled and went to the backyard. That made me smile as I went to my room and closed the door. 

I sat on my bed and leaned back as I stare at the ceiling. I didn't realize I was so tired until I slowly drifted off into sleep.

**TIME SKIP**

I woke up, I don't even know from how long ago it was, to the smell of my mom cooking frijoles. I smiled softly as I walked out of my room to bump into someone. I was taken aback and grabbed my door frame and looked at the culprit.

They turned the light on and all I saw was that cute grin. Gaege smiled at me and laughed, "Look who woke up!" I was dead in my tracks, was he as cute as before? I smiled softly and hugged him, tearing up slightly. Hugging him was what I wanted to do when Gabby left. He was all I could think about. I knew he didn't know the real reason why me and Gabby broke up and I know for a fact that I'm not ready to tell him. I pulled away from the hug not wanting to, and forced a laugh "I hope I didn't keep you all waiting to long." Gaege laughed, "Nah man we just got here like ten minutes ago. Everyone is downstairs, I just came from the bathroom. Nice bathroom by the way." He smiled as he threw his arm over me and walked with me down the stairs. 

I laughed and nodded, "Yea my mom keeps things pretty clean" I say as we head to the kitchen. I follow Gaege out the back door and smile when I see all my friends. Josh and Mully were hanging out with my sisters.  Grant was hanging out with my dad. And I saw my mom hanging out with Kristy and- "Oh no..." I freeze as I see Gabby standing in between them, laughing. Gaege must have saw her too because he stood right beside me and glared at her, "How dare she even show her face here..." He muttered under his breath. I shook my head, "Gaege please..I don't want to start anything..besides..my parents don't know yet about me and her splitting up.." I say trying to get the words out without crying. 

He sighs heavily but nods. "Fine but if she says one negative thing to you I cannot promise to keep my mouth shut.." He said as he went over to Narrator. I sigh and take a deep breath, as I head over to her and the others. "Hey Gabby." I spoke as plainly as I could without speaking to softly. She looked over and I could tell she forced the smile she gave off, "Oh hey Eddie, was wondering when I'd see ya!" My mother laughed and so did Kristy. Had she told them? I got nervous and nodded, "Yea, I didn't mean to fall asleep, I just loss track of time was all.." She nods, "It's okay that happens as you get older you know?" She grinned. How could she act like everything was fine? She glanced over and frowned, "Is something wrong with Gaege? He is looking kinda strange." She said as she pointed at him.
