One spring morning, a bakery opened yet again to sell fresh bread to all over the people in the empire. A man wearing white was behind the counter, wiping the tables with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows, and a cloth as a makeshift hairband swiping off away his hair for a better view when he was working.
Soobin was a shy and a quiet man that loved baking sweets and helping out people that seemed to have needed help. He was a child from a church, an orphan to put it bluntly. Ever since he was younger, he was put off in a local church in the empire with his other little brother that was nothing but chaos and mess. However, was endearing at some other ways.
Soobin was a soft man, tall, pale, and resembles of a bunny. Despite being a little bit lazy, he is a very passionate man that loved playing with children and held a huge amount of patience that might've surpassed his height.
Soobin was now on break, A nun insisted for his rest, while he goes off to take his lunch. The young man had know not to oppose anymore and soon went out to the back door of the bakery to proceed to the place where he usually visited whenever he went for a rest.
He sat next to a tree, a little basket on his right arm filled with bread and cheese. A small river was infront of him. The beautiful flowing water was sparkling, it was reflecting his image and had made the stones underneath, visible from how clean it was, He sighed in satisfaction from the peace and quiet of the little place he knew.
"Boo!" A sudden voice startled the poor man, shrieking at the unexpected guest, closing his eyes while grasping on to his little basket a little harder to prevent himself from jumping off the body of water in front of him. The stranger's hands still on his shoulders shoving him a little bit to the front and laughing hardly at the reaction that he got.
"Yahh!! Yeonjun Hyung!!! you almost made me drop my basket!" The younger complained, turning his perfectly cupid lips into a frown. Despite the frown he still looked adorable and soft, the latter had the urge to coo, but pulled himself together after almost losing the younger man's favourite snack.
Yeonjun did not respond to any of the latter's complaints, instead he sat beside Soobin, setting the book that he has on hand at his side.
"Aside from a piece of bread and cheese, have you taken more than just that?" Yeonjun asked resting his head atop of his right palm while looking at the latter eat a piece of said possession.
"How about you? your highness, have you taken your daily meal before you try to pester me as for your own amusement?" The younger did not bother to look at the man that sat next to him, but continued to munch off the snack that he had, still a little bitter about the incident that had happened. The older though was not pleased by the latter's remarks.
" Firstly I am no prince, but of nobility which I sadly am not proud to declare, and second I will pretend that you are more worried about your favoured hyung than how you come off to sound as you don't enjoy my company."
"Oh trust me, I'd prefer you to think of the other." Yeonjun rolled his eyes playfully, slowly quirking his lip into a sly smirk.
"But you love how I try to kiss you tho, want to try it now?" The older winked at the younger man, who was now reddening by the shameless comment.
"What's wrong baby? Do you need assistance to finish chew off the bread on your mouth? I can-" Soobin could not take any longer, he pushed a piece of bread on the older mans mouth to stop him from whatever embarrassing comment he attempted to say. The older man despite almost choking, chuckled lightly while slowly chewing the bread that was placed by Soobin in his mouth. He found the younger adorable when he was shy, he loved how the red tint would rapidly spread across through the bunny looking man's cheeks then to his ears whenever he spoke bold words to him, and would often go meek, and small even tho he was a little taller than the older man himself. He loved every little thing about the younger, he could say that he had it bad, but it was difficult to fully show his affection, due to how shy the latter was. Yeonjun knew not to push his affection too much towards the other man, because the last thing he wants to do is make Soobin uncomfortable, so here he is trying to take everything slow being careful to not overwhelm the younger.
