Y/N

I tried to distract Ellie with my nervous babble. It seemed to work, she was smiling and laughing, the tear trails were drying up and the roses were slowly returning to her cheeks.

Just as we reached the mail hall, we were stopped in our tracks by a very energetic boy. He was neatly dressed and his hair fell sweetly over his eyes. He spoke in the most camp voice that instantly made me smile.

"Heyyy ladiessss!" He said with a pearly white grin. He looked at Eleanor and his lively look changed to one of sympathy.
"Aw, babe, you look like you've been crying. Here have some of this." He reached into his leather satchel and pulled out a tiny bottle filled with iridescent white liquid. He pulled out the stopper and put his thumb over the opening. As he flipped the bottle to get some of the liquid, he ordered, "Wrists."

Ellie obediently followed orders and presented her wrists. He dabbed some of the potion onto her skin and it absorbed instantly. The veins in her wrist glowed up for a moment before Ellie looked up and the redness from her eyes had vanished. Her cheeks fully re-gained their pinkish glow and you would never tell she had been in tears just a few minutes ago.

"Twilight Daisies. They work wonders." He winked at Ellie as he slipped the bottle back into his bag. "Now, you."

He shifted his attention to me with an almost devious stare.

"You're going on a date tonight with Draco Malfoy, correct?"

"Wow, news travels fast round here." I was still partially amazed by his mysterious potion but was now shocked at the fact he knew about the 'date' as well.

"Draco's important, right? You want to look your best."

"I mea-"

"Trust me, you do. Anyways, I noticed you yesterday and I've been dying to do your makeup ever since. You are so beautiful and you have amazing skin. You would be a per-fect canvas."

I was slightly flustered at his compliment and all I could manage in return was a nervous giggle and innocent smile.

"So, what do say? Meet in your dorm at 8?"

"I can't wait. I'm hopeless at makeup anyway!"

"Yayyy!" He clapped with his neatly manicured hands and grinned.

He noticed Eleanor's Hufflepuff tie and grabbed her arm.

"Sit with me, we can go over look inspiration." He giggled and whisked her away. "I'm Cedric by the way!!"

I laughed and headed to my table. Vivienne waved me over, she had saved me a seat. As I walked, I noticed people turning to look at me and whispering to their friends. 'Wow, news really does travel fast.'

As soon as I sat down, I was once again bombarded with questions: this time about Draco. People from the Ravenclaw table behind us even leant over to ask various, far too personal questions. I looked at Draco who was sat at the other end of the table. His eyes were fixed on me, a smirk growing across his face. Pansy was nowhere to be seen. We held eye contact.

Everything around us seemed to drown out. The questions seemed to fade and the noise of the dining hall slowed to a quiet muffle.
Our moment was interrupted by a boy who had fallen off the bench behind us as he was leaning to listen in on the gossip. I glanced at the boy and gave his friend a pissed off look. I rolled my eyes as I turned back around. I flicked my eyes back to Draco who was laughing to himself. I smiled and looked away. I had honestly never felt so badass in my entire life. Even Viv was interested in my answers, not that I gave anything away.

I finished eating fairly quickly, I didn't want to be bloated for this evening. Every now and again I flicked my eyes back to Draco's. I hadn't realised that blue could be such hot fire until I met his gaze. My stomach flipped with butterflies and my cheeks set on fire every time I looked at him. His smooth smirk, his untouched white skin, the sharp angles in his face. He was beautiful and I wanted nothing but to sink my fingers into his platinum hair, to hold his strong shoulders, wrap my thighs around his waist. I wanted to feel the cold steel of his rings on my cheek as I kissed his soft lips. I wanted him. And tonight, I would have him.
