2. if a clan declares war on us it is a declaration on us all but if we declare war on another clan then the president decides whether or not it is required for it to be an alliance full declaration.

4. If you wish to have the help of STONKS help inside a war then you must tell them about the war 10 mins before the declaration.

1. Our leadership will be a President and VP. Anyone from any clan in STONKX can run and after the election we will pile up votes and see who wins.
2. President vetos and approves declarations and mends any inter-alliance disputes
3.Vice presidents will find more clans to enter here and do the presidents work when the president is away for more then 2 days
4.Neither president or VP gets special permissions in the clans inside this alliance or here

1. If your clan gets into a war via an outside alliance then STONKS will not be obligated to help you
2. STONKX may not directly ask for help from other alliances or clans not part of STONKX
