Chapter XXI (arc2): Conqueror

  King Yafeu and Supremeo attack Sigmond from the front, unloading attacks from Supremeo's star cannons and the King's liquid metal guns. Kapurma dashes to the side of Sigmond attacking the base of his monstrous form.

Kapurma lands a strike but is knocked back by the self-proclaimed emperor's force field tech. Kapurma strikes the base again but the force field does not break.

Kapurma looks to see how the King and Supremeo are holding up against Sigmond's new form and to his surprise, the star cannon blast rips open a hole through the force field but stops short of hitting Sigmond. So King Yafeu fires a few rounds of liquid metal bullets through the opening. The shots hit him as planned but do minimal damage in helping the heroes win the fight.

The King frustrated by the little damage he does tells Supremeo. I'm gonna need gun turrets like him to make a serious dent.

Supremeo adds, "Or a rocket launcher."

As Supremeo and the King plot their next move, Sigmond maneuvers his gun turrets to the ground toward Kapurma. He begins to shoot. Kap dodges the shots effortlessly. He goes for another blow at the base of Sigmond's monstrous form again. Kapurma throws his inekium staff with all his might, only for it to bounce off.

Kap catches his staff and backpedals away from Sigmond to regroup and strategize. Kapurma connects with the King and Supremeo through comms and tells them both, "My friends I'm afraid I'm not going to be of much use to you on this part of the fight. My inekium staff isn't able to make a dent in his force field tech! Unless one of you can come up with some ideas."

Supremeo says, "I have a few...I've been in contact with Sylvia. She plans to send 20 aiutu units to back us up. Until then I can lend you a Star cannon."

Kap replies, "Only 20!? I hate to sound like I'm complaining but we're gonna need way more help than that!! And Supremeo I thank you for your offer in lending me a cannon but by the looks of it, you're going to need it more than me. You're doing way more damage with you and the King by your side. I would hate to slow down your momentum.

Supremeo replies, "I wasn't talking about my remaining arm, or the tech that King Yafeu lent me. I was talking about my arm that got cut off."

Now shocked, Kapurma remembers the fight against Amaro and Julius on the deserted island on top of the airship. The old tortoise smiles and says, "That's right? Your arms are like detachable rockets!"

A loud whistling sound can be heard echoing from the skies. Kapurma looks up and then tells Supremeo, "Just keep the cannon over my shoulder."

In what seems like an instant Supremeo's left arm cannon lands right next to Kapurma's shoulder and shoots off a star cannon blast ripping Sigmond's forcefield from the bottom. Creating the opening Kapurma needed. Kapurma dashes in the opening and says to Sigmond, "Let's make sure you stay right where you are!" Kapurma jams his inekium staff at the base of Sigmond's tank form breaking off gears from its wheels and disrupting Sigmond's mobility.

Sigmond yells, " You wretched beast!!" Once again the gun turrets are aimed at Kapurma. He instantly slides underneath Sigmond. As Kapurma slides underneath Sigmond's tank form he prepares to attack, until he notices what's underneath the wheels of the tank.

Looking right back at Kapurma were all the heads of the combat droids. All their red glowing eyes lock on Kap and prepare to shoot him with laser beams from their eyes. Kap quickly rolls on his back and withdraws his hands and feet on his shell. The lasers hit Kapurma's Inekium cloak draped over his back.

Kapurma escapes through the smoke and crawls through the tilted side of Sigmond's tank. He warns the King and Supremeo saying, "The droid's heads are under the tank! Breaking any mechanism underneath is out of the question! I almost took hundreds of blasts underneath the tank!"
