Where they hiding something from me? Could they secretly be doing stuff without me? Nala thought to her self. She was interrupted by Hazel.
"Are you going to invite Kyle?" Hazel asked while grinning ear to ear.
"Hmmm, maybeeee." Nala said while trying to hide her blushed cheeks.
Kyle Winston was the captain of the Cross Country team. Every girl likes him but he only "likes Nala." Actually he didn't really like her, he was just using her to become closer to Hazel, (his one and only crush.) Him and Nala are dating but he never goes out of his way for her. But not even his closest friends knew. Max gets so angry whenever Nala talks about Kyle, because he has had a crush on her since 3rd grade and she has no idea. He has tried so many times to tell her but she is either too busy or doesn't get what he is trying to tell her without saying it. He just doesn't want to ruin there friendship.
"Max? Max snap out of it!" Hazel said while snapping her fingers in his face

"Huh? Oh sorry." Max said effortless.
"Omg guys it's already Wednesday and my party is Friday, it's almost here and it needs to be perfect!" Exclaimed Nala
"Don't worry Na!" Max said while using her favorite nickname that he gave her. Max was right, Nala didn't have to worry, but will everything be perfect?
