Cursed - JerZa

Deep in the Perilous Realm, a cliff overlooks the sea. Cold breeze would wipe your tears away. Chill would seep through your soul.

It was a dark and magnificent night, when it took place.

Love, that's forbidden, reached its end. Leaving one in tears, in agony.

Stars that studded the dark blanket of night, boughs reaching to hug each other, were the only witness for a fallen dream.

A dream to a life, unknown of judgeful eyes.

His name is Jellal, cursed from birth. Cursed, as payment from his parents debt.

People shun him like he's a disease. They call him Monster. A spawn of the devil.

But not Erza. She sees him as an angel. A fallen one from heavenly skies.

Jellal loves Erza so much. She accepted him, even if he could be her death.

Seeing him smile is always enough for her. Being with his company is like sprawling in the shore under the pale moon light. But Jellal, dreams of a more intimate touch.

He dreams to someday touch her. To run his fingers on her rose tinted cheeks. To feel her long scarlet hair beneath his palm. To have a taste of her vermilion painted lips.

But all are for dreams. For no matter how hard he prays, All are cannot be.

Their love was strong, until... One dreadful night.

Waves angrily hits the fjord, leaves rustle a tune unknown of the ear. Where everyone was quiet, tucked in bed, Jellal and Erza watched the diamonds dangle from the dark blanket of night.

Erza, managed to slip through the palace gates. They plan to move somewhere safe. Away from judgeful people and live happily, with only the two of them.

Unknown that Erza's friend followed her.

Silently watching from behind a bush. Curiosity consumed her, when she realized Erza's often absence at the palace. Especially at nights.

She reached to touch him. But as her finger touched his flesh, did her finger slowly turned to a sparkling smooth glass.

"Erza, what's happening to me? " - she cried in panic. " please help me Erza, Please" -she sobbed.

"What's going on?" Erza asked as she watched her scared friend. " Jellal, what have you done." - Erza asked aiding her friend.

" Help me Erza, i-i can't move." - her friend sobbed as her body turned to glass rapidly.

"Mira, what's happening to you? Jellal what have you done?" -Erza screamed turning to Jellal.

"Please don't touch me! You can't, not you Erza. " - jellal breathed in fear as he backed away. " I always knew my curse would destroy us. I must leave. All I touch turns to diamonds, then vanish ." -Jellal breathed as tears cascades down his cheek.

"I-i can't believe this. " - Erza sobbed.

"Please just go away. If you touch me, you'll suffer the same fate as she did. And...and that's one thing I can't accept." - Jellal cried as he faced the ground.

" its not your fault, you didn't want to hurt anyone. I know you don't . " - Erza breathed lloking at her friend completely turned to glass.

She watched as the once body, starts to glow brightly and exploded into glittering lights.

"Even if it was an accident. I still killed her. I shouldn't live!!!!!." - Jellal screamed as he dashed to the cliff.

"NO.....STOP" - Erza screamed as she rushed after him.

Before Jellal had the chance to jump off the cliff. Erza pulled his hand and trapped him in a tight embrace.

"Please don't say that. I love you. Nothing can change that feelings I have for you. Dont you think its best this way Jellal. Now I'll be able to stay here with you forever."

Before Erza completely turns to stone. She removed her arms around him and stared at his face.

" I had always loved you Jellal" she smiled to him, before completely turning to stone.

"Erza... No!! Everything would return as it used to be if I die. " Jellal cried as tears fell harder from his eyes.

Cupping Erza' s face, he brought his lips to hers.

"I have always loved you too Erza. I wasn't even able to say those words to you " he breathed as needle-like drops of rain showers the earth.

"I love you Erza" he smiled as his body met the angry waves.
