After that pleasant talk, Jungkook went to his university. He spent the whole morning studying focused on his work and then in the afternoon he went out to finish a job on a building under construction, he had to finish a mural. Finally, after months he had finished his work. He ended around 10 at night. Tired, he took the train home where he took a short nap because when he gets home, he had to do chores.

Everything was always dark, there was very little light, and the air quality was not very good. Many of the people who lived in the ruins took a supersonic train that took them to the futuristic city called "Delta City". To take this train, only two thousand people could get a seat per day, which caused chaos every morning where citizens fought for a spot. Jungkook had his ways of always going through, he had to figure them out as he couldn't stop studying and working. Since he didn't have enough money ever since he was a child, he was accepted for a scholarship to cover the expenses of his entire career, but he still needed money to afford the train, food, and other things like his sick mother's care and medication.

Since childhood he always excelled in art, so he decided to use his passion to support himself economically. From a very young age he sold his works to help his family which over the years became smaller and smaller. His father died on a construction site when Jungkook was two years old, and his older brother was killed in a robbery late at night. After he turned thirteen years old his mother fell ill, suffering from a disease without any known cure and expensive treatments. All responsibilities remained to Jungkook from an early age, taking care of his mother was his priority.

When he got home, he immediately went to check on his mother, she was asleep, but it didn't make much difference to when she was awake. She barely could make sounds with her mouth; she couldn't speak of the internal pain she was in.

Jungkook sat next to her and took his poor mother's hand, watched her with immense sadness and tears began to run down his cheeks, but he kept a smile trying to convince himself that everything was fine.

The next day Jungkook got ready, getting up early he placed the corresponding medicines next to his mother's bed and waited for the neighbor to arrive to take care of her while he was not at home. He said goodbye by planting a kiss on his mother's forehead and ran to the train station.

After great distress trying to get into the train, he sat down and let out a big sigh closing his eyes as he laid his head on the wall of the wagon.

Today was Saturday, he had no classes, but he had to meet with a new client to start a new project. Jungkook had understood that he would make a family portrait and a mural for a mansion, it was for some members of the Kim family.

After half an hour of travel he arrived at the big house. Amazed by the great contrast from where he lived, at a clumsy pace he went to the front door. He rang the bell which played a beautiful melody. The door was immediately opened by one of the servicemen and let him through.

He went inside and a few meters away he met the owners of the house with a big smile. With a warm smile he greeted them by bowing before shaking hands. With a warm smile he greeted them by bowing a little bow before shaking hands. They took him to the living room and talked about their plans. Jungkook wrote down all his ideas in a notebook and made rough sketches about what they had in mind.

"So, tomorrow I will start with the mural. Today we will do a portrait with your son, won't we?"

Jungkook clarified as he put away his notebook and began to enlist his reel and large canvas.

"That's right, our son is getting ready. We will go to change our outfits so while you can layer your things here or go to the patio where the wall is for the mural."
