"This girl is a curse, look what she did to her own father. Pandit ji (Priest) was right ,she is an omnious Mangali( an superstition believed for a person to be inauspicious by having planet Mars as a defect in birth horoscope) girl!" Girish's sister Gargi thundered on Sneha.
"Stop it ! Not a word against Di" Mayank spoke out angrily.
"Firstly boy ,you don't have a mouth to talk out infront of me. Secondly, your sister is mangali, she was destined to kill someone important in her family, Ankit got saved but my brother suffered because of her, witch!" Gargi snapped.
"My sister not jinxed and my papa is still alive, dare not speak a word against my family,Buaji just leave right now" Mayank pointed out a finger at Gargi.
"Mannerless,Shameless boy ! If something happens to my brother, you and Sneha will be responsible" Gargi stomped off the hospital with her family.
"Mayank what are the doctors saying?" Dhriti asked Mayank worriedly.
"They ran so many tests and still no clue.Dhriti,I am so scared" Mayank gulped.
"Mausa ji would be hale and hearty again,Take care of yourself and di.Where is Sneha di?" Dhriti questioned.
"Di went to the chemist shop below" Mayank spoke with a sigh.

"Baba that girl is so arrogant,I won't meet her again ever" Krish complained.
"You both are correct and wrong at the same time" Ravi spoke with a laughter.
"What do you mean Baba?" Krish knitted his brows.
"You are correct when you say that she is wrong to judge and mock you similarly you are wrong to judge her" Ravi explained sipping regular ginger tea.
"What! Baba that Bitch...Uhm rich girl is so arrogant and rude and definitely I am not wrong" Krish retorted.
"Shewta mocked you, this is definitely not correct but you should remember that she isn't a part of Chandni Chowk. She has never lived here. She completed her higher education in London. Aren't you aware about the fact that South Delhi is a different world and Delhi 6 is another different world. Both areas show stark differences in people, lifestyle and outlook to life" Ravi spoke out thinking deeply.
"That's isn't my headache!" Krish exclaimed.
"Krish, you don't become my headache.Go to this café,it's been a
3 days and you haven't apologized" Nandini spoke out peeping out of the kitchen."No!" Krish exclaimed.
"Ravi ask that Madan pan wala (Pan seller) not give him cigarettes and other pan shop owners not give him cigarettes. Ravi dare not you pay for petrol of Krish's motor bike as well" Nandini declared.
"No this is pure torture! Unfair Baba" Krish threw a punched on the newly bought cushion of sofa.
"That is my new cushion, dare not touch it! Krish either surrender or suffer" Nandini gave a smirk.
"Dude,Do you have cigarette? I haven't taken a single since morning" Krish spoke tapping his against the floor to suppress the anxiety with lack of nicotine in his system.
"Krish, you know I don't smoke and drink .Only one addiction at a time" Satish spoke out.
"Get me cigarette brother,I need to smoke. I get anxiety if I don't get them" Krish spoke out pleadingly.
"I can't go against your mother, she is pure devil when she hits a slipper at you. Definitely I don't want to get beaten by a slipper ninja" Satish denied shrugging his shoulder.
"What's your addiction ? Sex right? I will get you condom, great deal isn't it?" Krish spoke out with puppy eyes.
"I and Saumi are taking everything slow, we are getting to know each other first" Satish smirked.
"Everybody is conspiring today!" Krish spoke dramatically.
"Are the print out done?" A man came towards Krish.
"Yeah" Krish sighed.
'Whatever you get in life, accept it as decision of destiny.Explore the possibilities of your development in them beyond adversity' ~ Ramayana
Krish read the quote of the print outs while the customer looked for money in his wallet.
"Even lord wants you not to miss this opportunity" Satish whispered into Krish's ear.
Krish returned home,he wore a black Nike t shirt he bought from mega sale paired up with a ripped jeans from Levi's which he have kept carefully for 3 years without get it slaughtered by Nandini old iron heat.
"You could have given it to iron" Nandini pointed out.
"Maa,ironing destroys jeans ,these just meant to be washed not ironed technically" Krish spoke gelling his hair.
He sprayed his expensive perfume that he usually uses only for festivities.
"Now today I will see how that South Delhi girl doesn't get flattered by my looks" Krish spoke igniting the engine of the bike, looking at his face in the mirror of the motor before zoming off to the café.

"Di wasn't at the medical shop? Where did she go? She isn't picking up calls as well " Dhriti panicked telling to Mayank."Papa is fine it was a BP issue only but where did Didi go now? I am tired of this shit and drama" Mayank spoke rubbing his sleep deprived eyes.
"Your sister is about to jump from the fourth floor of this building, she is standing in the balcony of a patient's room" The nurse came rushing to Mayank.
"What!" Dhriti and Mayank exclaimed in unison.
"Di... please, don't jump.Papa is healthy again nothing will happen to him" Mayank pleaded his face showed fear and panic.
"Didi, suicide is not an option. We will find some solution" Dhriti spoke out crying.
"Ankit left me, my papa too got hospitalized.I don't want to kill anyone Manky, please let me die and let this curse die with me" Sneha replied and climbed up the metal surface of old rusty railing.
"That man was asshole,Di don't give up your life because of him" Mayank pleaded nearing Sneha.
Just below stood a daunting death, above stood the moonless sky.
Sneha closed her eyes, ignoring all the pleas around. She leaned forward, the cool breeze hit her face.
"Di!" Dhriti exclaimed as Sneha jumped towards her death.
A Strong arm caught her wrist in time, the same hand which Sneha tied a rakhi on protected her from the claws of cruel death.
Mayank dragged Sneha up and Dhriti too helped him.
"Why did you save me Monkey?" Sneha cried hugging Mayank.
"Cause I need my Monkey sister to keep pulling my ears and tying rakhis to my wrist" He brushed his hand in her hair affectionately trying to comfort Sneha.
Today the role reversed,Mayank acted like the elder and Sneha cried like the younger sister who needed an elder brother to protect her, just like her father.
