A Passing in Florida

His eyes flew open covered in sweat Troye was in the middle of a much too familiar panic attack. The only real reason he came to Florida with Tyler was because he couldn't continue with his home life. The day before he left Perth his family told him how they hoped he would come back straight. For years they had acted like they accepted him but recently that has all changed. Tyler knocked on the door conjoining their two rooms, when he entered he was saddened by the look of his favorite twink. There he was, Troye was siting in his jumbled mess of white sheets covered in his own tears. Tyler had never seen him so unhappy, he know exactly what to do. Tyler sat on the bed with Troye and hugged him, after Troye had calmed down Tyler told him that they were going to Disney today. This would be the first time for Troye, but Tyler was very familiar with Disney world. Ty got on his phone and got a uber to come to the hotel and pick them up. Once they arrived at Disney World Troyes eyes lit up, he had never seen a place filled with so much joy.

Once they got into the park they were immediately swarmed by people, the many troyler shippers there were in aw but Troye and Ty knew all too well that they could never work. they had attempted a relationship the previous year but with Troyes problems Ty just couldn't handle it. Troye was looking into the herd of people that were around him he noticed one in particular who wasn't screaming and freaking out like the others. As soon as he brought his phone down, we made direct eye contact. Only after he realized we were staining deep into each other eyes did he turn and run away. Troye was left there in a daze wandering who the mysterious sexy twink could be.

Luckily not to shortly after the herd had formed a park worker realized that Troye and Tyler weren't the average visitors and after she saw them she quickly realized who they were and issued them their VIP passes. Now they were off, being escorted out off the swarm of people they got on some of Tyler's favorite rides. Troye couldn't help but feel bad for skipping in front of all those people, so he decided to take off the pass and wait in a line to clear his consonance. Shortly after taking his pass off and stuffing it in his pocket he shuffled into line, Troye pulled his phone out to attempt to break any social confrontations and save him from the anxiety. It had been five minutes waiting in line for Space Mountain and little progress had been made, when suddenly Troye was tapped on the shoulder by a familiar mysterious twink. Troye quickly turned around almost dropping his phone and looked up at the boy, the boy said in a slightly shaky but beautifully deep "Hi my name is Jake, you.. you're Troye Sivan right?" Troye was quick to answer " That is my name" out of sheer habit he then winked at Jake which of course caused him to blush. As soon as Troye realized that he was flirting with Jake Tyler finally turned around to break the tension and said "We've been in this line long enough, I need a damn pickle. Do you want to join?" Jake was so baffled that the queen himself Tyler Oakley would invite him to eat a pickle, but surely couldn't deny the request and simply nodded at which Troye grabbed his hand and pulled him along.

After much walking with Troye still holding Jake's hand, there wasn't a pickle in sight. Tyler was just dying for a pickle and Troye and Jake were getting hungry. Ty called a cab and they went to the closest diner that had pickles. When they arrived Troye once again grabbed Jake's hand and dragged him out of the taxi. They started to walk up to the diner when Ty finally noticed the two holding hands and couldn't help but make a comment "awwwwwww twink love!" Ty said. The comment immediately got a reaction out of both of the boys causing Jake to blush and take his hand back, Troye just stared at Ty with that look. Finally the awkwardness was broken and they made it into the dinner and took a seat. Troye then realized the situation he had walked into, Troye didn't eat much and eating in public was a big cause of his anxiety. Just then Troye noticed that Jake was shaking, slightly but certainly noticeable. They turned and when their eyes met they both knew that they had just discovered something that they had in common. Both Troye and Jake ordered a simple side salad with nothing extra while Ty ordered a deluxe burger with extra pickles, ranch and pickles on the side.

They all got up to leave the dinner and decided to walk back to the hotel, luckily for Jake he was staying in the same hotel. They arrived at the hotel, it was late now but neither of the boys was really tired. Troye and Jake swapped numbers and agreed that they would see each other again before the night was over. They stepped into the elevator, silence in between them the elevator rang and Troye got off looking back at Jake one more time. Jake loved the look of Troyes eyes, so much love to give and to be had. Jake snapped from his short day dream and got off the elevator and went into his room. Just then his phone went off, he was so happy to see Troye's name. The message simply read "Don't feel like being alone tonight, will you come keep me company" Jake's mind went crazy at the idea and quickly responded "Let me change, be there soon" his mind was everywhere. His thoughts were quickly halted by a knock at the door, he looked through the peep whole only to see a crying Troye Sivan. Jake opened the door and Troye looked up out of his hands, stared into Jake's eyes and fell into his embrace.
