Svetlana's POV
I was walking through the halls of the prison, the sun was shining through the bars on the windows, yet there was no shadow following me, there never will be again. My body lies somewhere in this place but there is no one to talk to to find me. I have been wandering these halls for hundreds of years. I was first placed here when I was convicted for murdering my family, everyone thought that I was a horrible person, but they never believed me when I told them that I had not killed anyone and they had got the wrong person. The other prisoners treated me terribly, beating me every chance they got.
You would think that the guards would have done something to stop the others from doing these things to me, but they were just as bad, if not worse. Not only did the guards allow the other inmates to beat me, but they also beat me themselves. But then there were the days that were worse than any other, when they forced me to sleep with them.
Then the day when I finally died, I was sleeping in my cell when I woke up by my cell door opening. A guard walks in and takes my clothes off and starts having his way with me, I tried to scream but he put his hand around my throat choking me, I guess he didn't realize that I had stopped breathing when he was done with me, so he left me there. The next time I woke up I was dead and wandering these exact halls.
As I'm walking through the halls I hear some unfamiliar voices. There are five guys, one guy I recognize as, Brent, a guard at this prison, even though it was abandoned years ago. People still have toured here and have said they have encountered paranormal experiences.
I make my way over so I stood right next to Brent, he was always nice and tried to communicate with me even though it was hard.
"Dude! The room just got so cold!" The bald guy said.
"I know I can feel it too, but it doesn't seem threatening." A guy with black hair and clothes responds.
"Oh, that might just be Svetlana," Brent tells them.
"She's one of the prisoners that died here, but she is super nice."
"Do you think that we'll be able to talk to her?" The second guy asks.
"I don't know, it depends on how she feels tonight," Brent tells them.
The guys, who I have learned are Zak, Aaron, Billy, and Jay, keep talking about the history of the prison for a while, but they eventually start touring the place. As we come to a cell block that I try to avoid because of the other ghosts that are not good at all that stay here, Brent tells them that this is where a lot of people experience bad things. I look around the cell block and see a few other entities in the room that are not saying good things about what they want to do to Zak.
I'll have to make sure that I stay with them as much as I can tonight.
The guys eventually make it to the cellblock that I use to be in. I immediately go to the cell that use to be mine and push on the doors so they open.
"What was that!?" Aaron asks.
"Up there, that door just opened," Jay says.
"Oh, that's just Svetlana, that use to be her cell," Brent explains.
"What happened to her?" Zak asked.
"No one knows."
I walked into the cell and looked around it looked exactly the same as it did when I was here. Besides the body. I am overwhelmed by the memories of that night and screamed as loud as I could. Causing everything in the room to shake and move around.
"Dude! Did you see that!?" Aaron yells.
"I wonder what made her so upset?" Billy asks.
"I guess we'll find out tonight," Zak said.
After that, we all left the block and continued the tour, the guys marking where they were going to be set up and what they wanted to do. A little while later the guys said their goodbyes and said they would be back at 4 p.m. to set up.
