EYES

Beginning and End.

Everyone had their own call , their own talent , their own signature and especially their own gifts , but not Lovato , in fact no thought so about Lovato .
   
   In a world of magic and skills , talents and wisdoms were three dynasties known as the dynasty of Marat , they known for their great magic control , the dynasty of Dagons were known for their unbeatable understanding skills , they could understand all times and seasons and lastly the dynasty of sage, they know for their great power to interpret the heavens sacred books , that was Lovato's dynasty , Lovato was just a normal boy in the family of great sages , everyone before him in his dynasty had the special ability but not Lovato , for the sixteen years of his life he had never been able to complete a test of interpreting a sacred book , so he really didn't have his own ' thing'.

   He was in his room , listening to the chaos down stairs and what he meant by  chaos is this , every year a book appears from the heavens and this book when interpreted would stop the invasion of demons into their realm , a ritual was performed by the words of the book but apparently this time no one could interpret the book , no one in the almighty sage dynasty could , he heard his mom and dad talking last that the rift between their realm and the demon realm had gotten a great slash and crack and if there don't do anything within the next remaining hours of that day , well let's just say , their realm would be history , he really didn't understand why the heavens sent such an undecipherable book this time , it has never been like this before , Lovato let out a sigh and retreated from his window to his bed only to hear a knock on his door  , he walked sluggishly to it and opened the door to reveal his twin brother brother , they were not not identical but there had a few similarities , both had blond hair , but where Lovato was average Ivato his twin was tall

    " What do you want " Lovato questioned with a angsty tone

    " Family meeting..." Ivato responded and seeing Lovato pissed off face he raised his arm in surrender " ... don't look at me like that " if looks could Ivato would have been long forgotten , Lovato had no choice but to step out of his room and locked the door behind him
   "Let's go " he mumbled to Ivato

Their house was really big , infact it was a mansion , their dynasty was ranked the first since they the dynasty who get the life source from the heavens and sanctify the rift causing it to remain unbreakable , everyone at home were present at the great hall , called the hall of sage , that is hall where the books always appear and was interpreted , Lovato and Ivato reached the door but both paused in front of it waiting for the first person to open it , Lovato saw that Ivato was looking at him

    " What are you looking at ?" Lovato asked

    " Listen Lovato, I know you probably think that you're not needed there now but I tell you everyone is , right now now the fate of our realm lies in our dynasty , so you have to drop every self denial and go in there , be nice and do your best"
    Ivato encouraged but was surprised when he saw Lovato smiling , that was an unexpected reaction

   " You give a really great pep talk  Iva , and hey I had never denied my ability , it has never been there " he said pushed the door open.

   Everyone turned to to stare at them as they walked towards the round table were the sacred book was , the last time Lovato saw any sacred book was when he was twelve at that time everyone gave up on the thought of Lovato getting the gift and so he was not allowed into the hall of sage again but things had taken a different turn and here he was ... Again...they both took their seat , all the family members were already present , his mom, dad , aunt Mira and their old sage teacher , Phillip , it was his dad, Thomas , who spoke first

    " We only have an hour , right now , the Marat dynasty are using all magic at their disposal to keep the rift from breaking , but we are running out of time , the book sent this time has a serious problem " Lovato interest peeked up at that
