Digging up Love

Chapter 4

Giyuu's POV
Once we landed, we made our way to the little camp area. We had someone working with us already here. For when we arrived. We set and put things down and away once we got to our little camp. Then we set off and took things with us to explore. We only had a few hours before the sun went down.
So we hurried and started making our way to where we thought some of their old buildings were. We had some high tech technology. So we could see some things cleared out of the way. We headed and eventually stopped and started digging. This was the first day so I didn't expect to find too much.
We ended up finding some clay artifacts and that was it. The rest of the week went by like that. One day they were digging and then I grabbed the tablet and looked around a little while they worked at digging. I saw something from under a small opening. It seemed to be a cave. I went back and grabbed some of my gear. So I could safely make my way into the cave. Sabito immediately stopped digging and looked up at me from where he was.

"Where are you going?"

"Think I found a cave with something in it."

That made him seem interested so he insisted on joining me. The rest stayed back to continue looking for other Tanai artifacts. They already found pieces of clay. We went back over to the cave and put on our gear. Especially a headlight, because it will definitely get dark. We got in just barely, the opening was very small.
Then we slowly explored the cave. Some light writings on the walls, such as some hieroglyphics. Sabito instantly started examining them. I continued to look around and found a small path to another section. I asked him to come over and he did. Inside this new area we saw something peeping upfront on the ground. We went over to it right away and started to dig at the ground.
Slowly but surely we uncovered about half of the top of it. It was a tomb! We looked at each other and thought the same thing. Bingo, best find yet. So we quickly left the cave and went to go get the others. We will need their help to get this tomb out.
